Why force us to live?

Isn't life a strange thing?
For most it's so happy
They feel grateful for it
But others
Like me
Hate it
We view it as torture
Constantly wondering what we did to deserve this
But drowned in the guilt for feeling this way
We were conditioned to be grateful
And wishing to return this gift of life
Is seen as disappointing
And selfish
But if you forced someone to stay with a group of abusive people
It's wrong
But to force me,
Us
To stay with the despicable human race
Is completely fine
We might be in pain every day
But as long as we breathe and wake every morning
We're fine
Those who disobey
And choose to end it all
Are pitied
The others blame themselves for not noticing
But they don't understand
Them not noticing helped them
You didn't refuse them to die
So they could do so without your knowledge
Without your disapproval
Without any guilt
Why force us to stay?
After all it is our lives
Shouldn't we choose the ending?
