Dedicated to Tiffanijolly

You lazily typed away on your laptop, not paying most of the guys any attention. They were too wrapped up in Halo to notice you. Which was fine. Because you were writing a fanfiction about being on the road with them, and falling for one very special person in particular. Someone you were unknowingly staring at, trying to find the words to describe his eyes. "Take a picture y/n it'll last longer." He chuckled. You flushed, "I'm sorry Chris, just kinda zoned out." He smiled at you, then refocused on the game in front of him. You would just die if he found out about your writing habits. And your crush on him. You had been friends for a few years when he offered to bring you on tour as a merch girl. You jumped at the chance to go with him. That's when the idea for the story popped in your head and just could not get it out. You returned to your laptop, continuing the scene.

Tiffani flushed as Chris winked at her on stage, butterflies in her chest. Their eyes met as he walked down to the barricade, handing her the last red rose. Her flush turned crimson as he-

"What are you writing?" Chris asked, suddenly beside you, leaning over your shoulder to read. "Nothing!" You exclaimed in shock, attempting to close the computer and scoot away. But he is a lot quicker, and his arms a lot longer then yours. He snatches the laptop from your grip, laughing the whole time. "Chris please, give it back!" You practically yelled, the familiar sting of tears burning in your eyes. He held the computer in the air, far from you reach. His eyes skimmed the words on the device, his brow arching in confusion. You could see it, his reaction. You knew you'd be done for, the truth would come out and be extremely painful. He'd end the friendship, ask you to leave, and probably be disgusted. You shoved past him in the tiny bus, back to your bunk. You curled up in a ball and sobbed silently. Regretting everything. You heard quiet footsteps entering the bunk area, you didn't want to be bothered right now. You edged closer to the wall. "Y/n?" Chris called softly, the sound if his voice telling you he was kneeling on the floor beside your bunk, probably staring at you. "Y/n, look at me please." "No." "Y/n, I-" "No Christopher. Look I'm sorry you saw that, I wasn't trying to be pervy or weird or a creepy fan. I just, I love your music. And-" He grabbed your arm and pulled you out of the bunk, forcing you to stand a face him. He has a smile on his face, a big one. "Y/n I love your story. I think it's cute and you should continue. You're not pervy or weird or a creepy fan. It's probably the best fanfiction I've read so far." Your jaw drops, your heart was about to fall out of your chest. "R-really? I-I just-" "Y/n I know you've had a crush on me since we met. You can't mess our friendship up. If that's what you were afraid of." You nodded, unable to answer because of the tears threatening to spill. He pulled you into his chest, his arms wrapping around your shoulders. "So you get butterflies when I'm on stage? And what was the next part going to be?" You laughed. He smiled and pulled away, brushing a lone strand of hair out of your face. "There's my girl."

The end of 'Eternally Yours' rang out through the speakers, the crowd going insane as Chris threw the roses to them. The crowd parted, and you watched as he strode towards you, holding something behind his back. You turned crimson as he waved you over, you followed. "Eternally-" he sang, quickly bending down and kissing you, shocking everyone. Including you. "-yours." He finished the song, placing the rose in your shaking hands. He smiled down at you and hugged you close, ignoring the fans going insane around the two of you.
