"Always remember...to...blend..." Gaia said as you watched curiously in the mirror as she contoured her face. She was incredibly talented and for some unknown reason she decided to take you under her wing and teach you her tricks. On makeup, modeling, being a feminist, and using your voice to speak. "For a look like this you want to use a grey based nude lip, makes it all come together." She said, smirking at you. You followed her movements with your own lip stick.  You gazed into the mirror, fascinated by your own reflection. How something as simple as some powders could change your entire face and turn you into the beautiful woman gazing back at you. You were fascinated still that Gaia had chosen you to teach. You had been a small time make up artist on Instagram, and you initially followed her because she was dating your favorite singer, but you enjoyed her art and style. How persevering she is and how out going she is. One day you had been feeling partially depressed and you decided to ask for advice. You honestly weren't expecting an answer back, seeing how large of a platform she had and how busy she was. But she did. She encouraged you to seek therapy and to continue using makeup as an escape. Since then you two had been messaging occasionally back and forth until about a month ago, you two made plans to get together and meet. And for the last three days she had taught you makeup skills and modeling skills. "Hey Gaia?" "Hmmm?" She asked, turning to face you. "Um... T-Thanks. For everything. I was in a really dark place when I messaged you. And um... You inspire me to be a better person. And you've taught me a lot in these last few days." She smiled and hugged you lightly, "Everyone needs a hand sometimes. Now come on, we have a photo shoot." She said, pulling you towards the door.
