THE NEXT DAY the group all met Xavier at his car.
"Hey cutie" Xavier smirked as he pulled Charlie into a hug.
"How are you?" she asked and looked up at him with a smile
"I'm doing good" he swallowed, wishing he could tell her his secret.
She let go and went to hug everyone, this time she decided to hug Chet.
He was taken back but returned the gesture.
"Can we start over?" She asked "I don't want to fight"
"Can I think about it?" he asked and Charlie nodded, heading towards the van.

The ride there was fun, they all smoked a little and talked about their good old times.
Although, Brooke had gotten attacked by the night stalker and was slightly traumatized.
"Xav, there's a gas station" Charlie pointed out and he smiled.
"Perfect" he said as he pulled over "Like you" he winked and hopped out of the car.
"He's in love with you, I swear" Chet said and rolled his eyes in annoyance.
"Oh shut up, you're just jealous that he likes her" Montana said and hit him on the shoulder.
Chet's face turned pink and Charlie tilted her head in confusion.

Xavier rolled his eyes as he got back into the van.
"What's wrong?" Brooke voiced from the back.
"The pump guy said for us not to go to Redwood" he said and started up the van.
Charlie shifted uncomfortably and Chet noticed, trying to change the subject.
"Let's get this show on the road" Chet said and sat down next to Charlie.
Charlie looked out the window and watched the trees pass, yawning at her sudden exhaustion.
Soon, Charlie fell asleep.

"Oh my god! Did we hit him?" Brooke yelled fuzzily, Charlie groaned and woke up.
"It's okay Charlie, go back to sleep" Someone said and she did as told.

"Charlie" a voice spoke "Wake up sleepy" it was Chet.
Charlie had fallen asleep on Chet, by accident.
She moved her head to meet his gaze, realizing she had a jacket over her.
"You looked cold so I lied my jacket on you" he smiled causing her to smile back.
"I've also been thinking" he started "It would be good to start over" he leaned down and whispered in her ear with a smile.
A cough from Xavier interrupted their moment.
"We need to get this guy to help" Ray sais through gritted teeth and Charlie looked confused.
"Come on Charl" Xavier said, not mentioning the guy in the back.
Chet rolled his eyes, knowing Xavier was jealous of them, as Chet was him.
After they all exited, a woman walked over, waving at Xavier.
"Hello everyone, my name is Margaret" she started "I'm your camp leader."
