"I-I feel like she took some of me with her"

"What?"

"Can we talk about this later? We have bigger issues to deal with" Montana pointed over to the two imposters dragging, none other than Jingles himself, over to them.

"I-I guess" Charlie said and sat down because she felt like falling.

Xavier looked concerned but soon turned to Jingles.

"Oh my god" Chet heard one of the old counselors whisper.

"Her soul is fading away, she gets to leave" she added and Chet's eyes widened in realization.

"Haven't you heard the legend?" She spoke to her friend that was now curious.

Charlie hadn't killed anyone while she was there, hadn't had sex with Chet, and she didn't do anything spiteful.

That's why she would go before the others, Chet didn't want her to though.

He was in love with her.

They had been together for so long, he had feelings before they died but it only got stronger as they were ghosts.

He needed her to stay.

"Charlie?" Chet whispered, it sent chills down Charlie's spine.

"Yeah?" she said and looked up at him, a blush rushing to her cheeks.

"I have a plan" he said and Charlie looked at him with confusion.

After they had interrogated Jingles and let him see his mother, who killed Charlie, Chet pulled her aside to tell her.

"I need you to kill someone" he said.

"What? No, I-I can't do that" she said and his face turned in worry.

"Charlie, your soul's is fading, I can't lose you. I need you to do something like that to stay" he said.

"Chet, I've never killed anyone, how am I-" she started but he cut her off.

"I'll show you," he said

Chet pulled Charlie in for a hug.

"There's something else I need to tell you..." he trailed off, his face becoming flustered.

"What is it Chet?" she questioned and pulled herself away, to look him in the eye.

"I'm in love with you, I have been since 1984" he admitted.

Charlie looked up at him in shock, she soon shook that feeling away and smiled.

"Me and that counselor-" he started "We didn't do anything, I swear. She was trying to break us apart, and it worked" he finished.

"Chet..." she said and reached her hand up to cup his cheek in her hand.

If she was honest with herself, she regretted ever rejecting him al those years ago.

"I love you too" she said and met his gaze.

Chet's smile grew and he leaned down, capturing her lips in his.

Then he realized.

Killing wasn't the only way she could sin.
