----------&----------

Poppy lets the Doctor lead her to a blue box. It seemed familiar. As if she'd heard stories about it. Her parents... she lost the thought again. Whenever something reminded her of them. Whoever they were. Her mind would blank. Poppy tears her hand away from The Doctor. Before he flings the box's doors open.

"This is insane!" She shouts before stepping inside. What she sees next should have shocked her. But it's almost like she knew "It's... bigger," The Doctor was running around, pushing buttons randomly and not really paying full attention "I mean, it can't be bigger on the inside, that's not possible, it'd have to be smaller on the outside. But even that sounds ridiculous. Something that manipulates your eyesight or something," The Doctor got distracted and looked at her in shock.

"Well, that hasn't happened before. It's called the TARDIS, I don't have time to explain," he went back to flying the TARDIS. It started making a noise.

"Is it meant to be..." Poppy couldn't describe the noise "Groaning? Wheezing?"

"Yep!"

"I highly doubt that," She grabs onto the railing when sparks start flying "Can you even fly this thing?!"

"Behave," The Doctor spoke to the console. When the TARDIS hit the floor, Poppy was knocked of balance and clung to the railing tighter.

She was to distracted trying not to scream that she didn't pay attention to what The Doctor was doing. When she heard the door creak open, she stood up and jumped over the string to get close to it.

"Hold the other door open," he directed Poppy and she grabbed onto the other part of railing before using her legs to keep it open. "Open the door!" he screamed to Donna.

"What?!"

"Open the door!" Both the Doctor and Poppy shouted.

"I can't it's locked!" As the Doctor reached into his pocket Poppy stepped forward so she holding the door open with her right hand and holding the railing with her left. When Donna opens the window, she looks to Poppy "Santa's a robot,"

"Donna, open the door!"

"What for?!"

"You've got to jump!" Poppy shouted, catching onto what The Doctor's plan was.

"I'm not blimming jumping! I'm supposed to be getting married!" The car speeds up and Poppy looks to The Doctor in panic but he pulls the string and they move to catch up. They hit a car and Poppy nearly falls out before her boots land on the car roof and she swings herself back in. The TARDIS hits the floor again when they catch up and the Doctor falls into Poppy. She pushes him back with her legs. He sonics the Robot.

"Listen to us, you've got to jump!"

"I'm not jumping on a motorway!"

"For God's sake Donna!" Poppy nearly slips out again.

"Whatever that thing is, it needs you. And whatever it needs you for, it's not good! Now, come on!"

"I'm in my wedding dress!"

"Yes! You look lovely! Come on!" Poppy would laugh if she wasn't trying not to pee herself, hold herself up and persuade her best friend to do something insane. Donna opens the door and Poppy holds onto the railing with her right hand now, the left reaching out with The Doctor's to catch Donna.

"I can't do it!"

"Trust me" Those two words sent a chill down Poppy's spine.

"Is that what you said to her? Your friend? The one you lost? Did she trust you?"
