Maybe, just maybe there's something you aren't telling anybody,
And maybe there's something you can't tell anybody...
Maybe there's something no one knows,
And maybe it's hidden so well you almost forget...
Maybe there's something that you've buried.
And maybe you've done it so well no one can notice...
But Maybe, just maybe there's you want to let it all out...—————————————————————————————————————————————
(Fully edited)Another chapter I changed from Alexandrine's POV to the third person. Again sorry If you enjoyed the character POV more but I think it should be the same throughout the story and since more of the story is written like this I thought I would go back and change these two chapters. Thanks for sticking a rough while I sort my stuff out.
Please comment and vote. Although you don't have to it's totally fine if you don't. I'm just trying to test out how I should write this still so if there is any particular thing you would like me to include don't worry just comment to this paragraph and I'll check it out as soon as I can.
Thank you for all the support so far and I hope you continue giving my story a chance.
Now the part you actually want Hope you enjoy this chapter, rerun of me actually making a decision to keep it this was and having to change it all.
unlocking the door Alexandrine weighed up the probability her brother wouldn't be far behind, deciding the chances were high she locked it again. Her brother often came home with his best friend. When this happened she always made sure to stay in her room or go out. She knew could not let anyone know. She knew she could not let anyone find out. It was better this way.
She walked in looking around. Checking to see if her father was home. He wasn't.
She wasn't suprisef at this though her dad worked a lot - being the owner of a world wide spread law firm. Often leaving her and her brother home alone. Alexandrine and her brother got along really well, but he and his friend hung out a lot but Alexandrine, well, didn't have many friend, not being in school for so long; that's why She started to study harder then she ever had before, beginning online college courses, and eventually, starting on university. It was hard work but it paid off She now have two university degrees. 'impossible?', Yh She was aware however her father had paid them to allow her to study at that level, them being understandably apprehensive at the start because of her age and not completing school.
Alexandrine began to walk through the hall of their moderately decorated house. Nothing elaborate, or overly extravagant, but that's how they liked it. The walls white, ceilings high and open plan design make it look professional and comfortable at the same time, light and open too.
Her room's the last one down the hall, ideal for hiding.Launching herself face first into her bed, she huffed a sigh of relief as she turn herself to rest on her side, now able to look into the eyes of my father and brother in the picture upon her bedside table, the picture was when Alexandrine's father had taken them to their very first ball game, given none of them had been interested in the spot itself they had fun just being together.
Alexandrine dad, brother and herself were best friends, always having each others backs no matter what, this being the reason it was so hard for him to pretend that She was not there at school, why it was so hard for him to stand back and watch her pass in the halls without helping her find her way, or siting with her at lunch or in class so She was not lonely.
The key clicked the lock back, unlocking the door, bringing her out of her sleepy state.
Looks, like we are staying in our room today. She thought as She quietly got off her bed to shut the door to her bedroom.
Looks like I'm getting a chance to catch up on the sleep I missed.
'What sleep did you miss.' Her inner thoughts rolled their eyes at her.
'The sleep I missed getting up early for school.' She argued back.
'It's only been one day.'
'Shut up brain.'
As expected her brother brought him round.
Guess I'll have to be quiet
Her room was right next to his... and ...they have thin walls.
'Greeeaaatt'. Her inner most thoughts and her outer shell agreed for the first time since the incident.
Thanks for sticking with this (even though my updates are slow af).
