Chapter Twenty
*Lizzie's POV*
I woke up early in the morning again, I assume. No one else was awake, but there was no way I could get back to sleep. I felt Namjoon's arm still around me, I was still in his embrace. Before I could cuddle back down, I heard footsteps behind me.
"Hey," someone said as I sat up carefully. I turned around to see J-Hope, hair all over the place.
"Morning," I smiled. "What time is it?" I asked.
"Like, 8am," he chuckled walking into the kitchen. "Damn, we're out of milk." I heard him say as I walked into the kitchen. "Wanna walk down to the store with me?" He asked.
"Sure why not, won't be a sec," I said walking to my room to change. I silently got changed into my zombie Snow White jumper, deciding to leave the leggings on, because I mean you can't really go wrong with leggings. As I slipped my shoes on I rolled the sleeves up a little.
"Ready?" I asked walking back into the kitchen.
"Yeah," he said slipping on a jacket. He was still in his jogger pants he wore to bed and no shirt.
What is with these guys and not wearing shirts?
"Won't you be cold?" I asked. I mean, it was December now.
"Nah, the store is only around the corner, come on," he skipped out of the door. I went to walk down the stairs, but he stopped me, wiggling his finger. "No no, you take the lift remember?" I rolled my eyes and mashed the button. "You're so impatient!" He laughed.
I had become friends with J-Hope since I had got here. Honestly, I was sort of close with all of the guys in a different way. Jin was like the mom, you could go to him when you were feeling upset and such. And it helps his favourite color is pink too. Jungkook and V were like my other older brothers, you couldn't not smile when you were around them, because they were always happy. J-Hope, well he was always shaking his butt, doing the 'sister' dance, whatever that was. But it was funny. I mean I hadn't really talked much with Suga, but he was good to talk to about music and stuff, like we shared a similar music taste. We had a moment before, where we had a rapping session. He was flawless obviously, but I ended up rapping about cheese toasties and pancakes. We had both burst out laughing, and it was nice. Jimin, he was the one I could have conversations about anything with and he would be interested, even if I'm rambling on and on about a tv show, he would sit and listen. I really appreciated him, because he was there when he said he would be. And Namjoon... well, what I feel about him confuses me. The dream I had made me feel happy (sort of, apart from the ending...), and I wanted that to be true. But I doubt it will ever happen.
Just let it go, Lizzie. My thoughts were interupted by J-Hope pushing me out of the lift.
"You were daydreaming," he remarked. "What abooooout?" He teased.
"Huh? Oh nothing, just getting lost in my own world, haha," I lied. He eyed me as we walked out of the building.
"Stay close to me, alright?" He told me.
"Sure," I said, I wasn't going to argue. I was still scared to be outside, but I wasn't going to show that. It's a stupid fear, I have to go outside if I'm going to live a life. Just get over it. You have people around you all the time now, nothing will happen to you. "J-Hope?"
"What?" he said as he linked arms with mine. I didn't mind, it made me feel safer actually.
"What's the sister dance?" I asked as he laughed.
"Sistar," he corrected me. "They're a band. When we get back, I'm going to give you a crash course in kpop. I mean, you're living with one of the best bands there is in the industry," he said flipping his imaginary hair as we arrived at the store.
