Chapter Thirty Three
*Lizzie's POV*
I opened my eyes to find Namjoon laid on me. What's going on now?
"Baby, you can't leave me, you can't die, I need you." He kept repeating. Who died?
He looked up, connecting his eyes with mine, only for them to widen. I looked at him confused. Who died?
"Lizzie?!" He shouted, grabbing my hands. "You're not... you're not dead?!"
"I don't think so...?" I raised an eyebrow. Now I'm really confused. What just happened. One minute I'm with Sungjoo, the next I appear here.
Where is Sungjoo?
"Oh my god I knew it! I knew they were wrong!" He cheered, hugging me, kissing me. Why was he kissing me?
And where was Sungjoo? I was with him 10 minutes ago, he was making me pancakes. How did I end up here?
He pulled away, looking confused.
"Lizzie, it's me," he said sadly, grabbing my hands.
"Yeah, I know it's you. But why are you kissing me?" I asked. He was my friend, I knew him from back home. I used to like him, but now I don't, now I have Sungjoo. He must have flown over or something.
"You don't..." he looked away sadly, and opened the door. The other guys walked in, but I don't know who they are.
"YOU'RE NOT DEAD!" A hyperactive one said, hugging me. I don't know who they are.
"Why is everyone saying I died? I clearly didn't...." I looked at them confused.
"Maybe they don't know they die." The bunny faced one spoke up.
"For the last time, I didn't die!" I looked confused. "Namjoon, when dd you get here? And who are these?" I turned to him.
"What do you mean when did I get here?" He asked softly.
"When did you fly over? And how did you get time off college?"
"I live here. I've always lived here," he furrowed his eyebrows.
"What... no, we've been best friends for five years, I know that." I argued.
"She doesn't remember," one said, the hyperactive one.
Doctors walked into the room, checking me and stuff.
"Well, you won't be needing that Death Certificate anymore," one unhooked a machine from me.
"I don't know why people keep saying I died. I'm really confused. One minute I'm with Sungjoo making pancakes, the next I'm here. Is he here?" I asked the doctor. Namjoon snapped his head up, sadness in his eyes. He stood up and left the room, leaving me alone with the other boys.
"You really can't remember us?" The pretty one said.
"I'm sorry, I don't think we've ever met before." I looked at them apologetically. "You must have me confused with someone else."
"You're my best friend, I know I'm not confused." The hyperactive one said, standing up. A doctor walked in at that moment.
"She can't remember us, or anything." One said.
"That's normal. She just died, her brain will take time to rewire its self." He nodded to them, coming toward me.
"Now, Lizzie, can you tell me what date it is?"
"28th of November 2014," I replied, confused as hell.
"Her memory latches onto the last thing she was thinking about. Lizzie, it's it's now April, 2015. Can you remember where you were last?" 2015? No way...
