Chapter 9 - Fight in the Mist!

The demon ninja said in a taunting voice. "Oh~ so you are his... hm, sister? He sure has a pretty little sibling. How will he react if I send him her demolished corpse?

That Ken'ichi."

As quick as lighting, Tsuki kicked the tree Zabuza stood on. This caused him and his sword to smash against numerous other trees.

A huge amount of chakra swirled around Tsuki as she slowly walked towards the rogue ninja.

She cracked her knuckles and had a maniac smile on her face.

In a scary voice, she hissed. "What did I just say?!"

Tsuki was about to punch the jonin when a thick mist surrounded him.

The aggressive girl sighed as she was forced to step back to her group.

The others flinched as soon as they saw her walk out of the mist.

Kakashi grabbed her shoulders, an angry expression showing on his visible eye. "You idiot! You are really crazy, you know that? You could've died right then and there! Go to the others and let me handle him!"

The bluenette only nodded nonchalantly, shrugging his hands off and, quietly walked to her teammates who all looked at her in shock but were still relieved to see that she was okay nonetheless.

Sakura was the first to call the Takeshi's name to check on her.
As soon as she saw Tsuki look at her, Sakura relaxed since she looked like she was back to normal.

The fight between Kakashi and Zabuza started after Kakashi revealed his sharingan and Sasuke explained all about it.

Water splashing was heard and the young ninjas looked to where the sound came from.

They noticed that Zabuza was standing on water.

Sakura and Naruto wondered loudly about how he did that. Zabuza then released a jutsu which made even more mist.

Meanwhile, Tsuki squinted her eyes, except for a few things, she wasn't able to freely look ahead.

'I can't see a thing.' she quietly grumbled.

Even though her senses were sharpened, the girl's hands were shaky, her breathing was hitched and soon she realized that this was a real-life battle experience that could lead all of them to their potential deaths.

'Huh, I don't want to admit it, but it's scary.' Her pupils dilated.

To avoid being scared, the girl closed her eyes and took a deep breath. Her heart was pounding heavily as she heard the jonins fight in front of her.

Trying to calm down further, Tsuki put her hand on one of her cheeks, this was something her mother would do when her daughter wouldn't calm down.

Hearing Kakashi's reassuring words earlier, Tsuki decided to blend everyone's words out, so that she could concentrate on her surroundings more.

'I don't really need calming words or any explanation of who Zabuza was as I already know everything about him.' The Takeshi smirked.

'Unlike those dimwits, I know what happens in a fight like this. I trained for this event and when I succeed, everyone in my clan will recognize my strength and I will finally be stronger than my brother.

Oh, how I want to see the expression he makes after hearing the praises from every member, especially from mother and father. Atsuko would also be so proud to be my sister as well, heh, that's some motivation there.'
