12 March 2019 - Hello, Hongdae High! Looks like the seniors' newcomer, Kim Hanbin, is more than meets the eye.
Turns out he was in the swimming team and the basketball team back in his school in Los Angeles, and even won medals in different competitions! Talk about being an eye candy and talented at the same time. kekeke...
He's also a straight A student, which can't be good news to our campus rival/couple, Kim Jisoo and Kim Bobby, who are also classmates with the born-performer, as past videos of him singing and dancing clearly shows he's got what it takes to enter the K-Pop scene.
Will someone finally dethrone the Jisoo and/or Bobby from the top 2 spots? Will that someone be Kim Hanbin? Well, we only have the rest of the school year to find out!

STUDENT COUNCIL'S OFFICE
Jennie licked her lollipop with much gusto as she read Hanbin's profile in the school newspaper's gossip column. She can't help but remember the first time she got featured in the gossip column as their batch's "It" girl. Hanbin's profile clearly shows that they're compatible in terms of talents and personality!
Jisoo entered the student council's office and saw Jennie reading the newspaper. "Anything interesting happened?" she asked.
Jennie looked up from the paper with a lollipop in her mouth. "Hanbin's featured in today's gossip column!"
Jisoo walked towards her, looking at the paper. "Wow, that was fast. He really made an impact yesterday, coming from Los Angeles and all," she commented, reading the column carefully.
"Isn't he a dream? He's like the perfect guy for me!" Jennie squealed. Jisoo was taken aback - it was seldom that Jennie showed this playful side of her.
"You're getting excited there, aren't you?"
"Of course I am! I've waited so long to find a guy who can match my talents and looks. I can't believe I'd find him on my senior year."
"Well, if there's something my mom told me about boys, it's to act cool around them so they won't know how desperate you are," Jisoo said with a wink.
Jennie pouted as she thought hard. Act cool around them...hmmm....
She glanced at Jisoo, who was already working on her laptop. Maybe that's what she's been doing with Bobby all these years? It doesn't seem effective.

"Wow, this Hanbin guy sounds cool!" one of the junior players of the team was reading the paper.
"Didn't he just transfer yesterday?" his co-junior asked.
"Yeah, he did. Look, they're calling him the Monster Newcomer."
