"Oh my God just kill me" Lex groaned, sitting up groggily as the room swam alarmingly.

"How do you feel?" Bones asked looking up from his PADD and sniggering at the sight of Lex's green tinged complexion.

"That's enough out of you" she muttered, gripping her throbbing head in both hands "What happened? Where am I? Who am I?"

Bones laughed loudly, jumping up from the couch to rummage in his bag on the kitchen counter.

Lex winced at the noise "Dammit man quieter"

"Come here Sweetheart" he said, gently sitting down next to her on the couch.

Without even looking Lex sighed and rolled sideways across his lap, one arm dramatically flopped over her eyes.

Bones laughed again but quieter, as he brushed her hair away from her neck to administer the Hypo injection.

"Ow" she complained lazily, removing her arm from her eyes, and squinting up at the highly amused doctor "Why aren't you suffering?"

"Because I can handle my liquor, unlike you. Would have thought you'd have learned by now you've had enough practise" Bones scoffed.

Lex attempted to shrug, but lacked the energy so just kinda jerked "Slow learner apparently, how bad was it?"

Bones pursed his lips together thoughtfully "Do you want the truth or the heavily sanitised version"

Her eyes widened in alarm "What did I do?"

"What's the last thing you remember?" he asked curiously.

Lex fought to think back to the night before, her foggy brain complaining at the effort "I remember the bar... I think... the others were there... we joined them for a drink"

He nodded "Well one drink turned into several, and then Jim produced a bottle of Romulan Ale from somewhere"

"Where the hell did he get that? It's illegal" she asked incredulous.

Bones shrugged "Who knows, the man has his ways"

"Just skip to what I did" Lex groaned, she was going to kill Jim.

"Half a bottle later and you decided you didn't like the way some girl at the bar was looking at me" Bones continued, trying not to laugh.

"The Blonde, right?" Lex squinted into the distance, trying to recall her face.

He nodded "You decided to make it very clear I was taken, to pretty much everyone in the bar"

Lex surged into a sitting position, ignoring the wave of nausea that hit her, hands flying over her mouth, eyes wide in horror "Oh god" She groaned "Did I... Did I... oh god I can't even say it"

"Well I can" Jim said groggily from the floor, making Lex jump not having known he was there "You practically gave Bones here, a lap dance in front of half the crew"

Despite jumping when Jim made himself known Lex wasn't exactly unused to waking up after a night out to find Jim, Bones, and herself all passed out in the same room, usually hers. But that had been back when they were just academy cadets without any responsibility, later when she'd recovered, she'd marvel at how little they'd matured since then.

Lex flushed crimson, her hands still clutched tightly over her face, now covering her eyes too. "Hey, I wasn't complaining Sweetheart but if people didn't suspect there was something going on with us before, they sure as hell do now" Bones chuckled surprisingly calmly considering it had been at his request they keep things quiet.
