The unbreakable bond

The following day was even more awkward, Vegeta still hadn't said a word.Getting dressed together never felt so uncomfortable as Vegeta would give subtle glares each time Kakarot would so much as look over at the corner of his eye. Perhaps he shouldn't of brought up the topic especially the night before doing training together. He didn't expect Vegeta to react the way he did, of course he didn't regret having Junior; he just would of liked if circumstances were a little different. He sighed as Vegeta walked past him, he followed him down the corridor ready for their training. They entered into the training field, kakarot noticed Wyatt with the others training he looked over noticing Kakarot looking over and winked . Kakarot glared then looked over to Vegeta who was ahead in the distance, he caught up and grabbed Vegeta by the shoulder. Vegeta shrugged him off and turned to face Kakarot. As much as he was still annoyed with his mate, he didn't want to close himself off to the point Kakarot couldn't approach him. He sighed folding his arms.
"What is it Kakarot?"
"Since when did you allow Wyatt out?" Kakarot pointed at Wyatt behind him.
"He isn't a threat. Besides I'm having him train with your brother"
Kakarot raised a brow looking back at Wyatt before back at Vegeta.
"You think that would be a good idea?"
Vegeta just smirked and carried on walking ahead, kakarot scratched back of his head looking back shaking his head in disbelief at the thought of Wyatt training with his brother.
Hours went by both were tired out from their training, there was very little dialogue said between them during their sparring usually they'd have a laugh and would end up with them kissing teasing each other. Kakarot stopped in middle of their sparring declaring he was hungry, vegeta just tutted at him and stopped.as they headed back to the palace vegeta smirked nudging Kakarot in the arm. Kakarot looked over to what vegeta was smirking at, there in far field was his brother and Wyatt making out.
"He shouldn't  be a problem to us anymore" vegeta chuckled referring to Wyatt, he nudged Kakarot again who was stood in shock watching his brother. "Thought you were hungry?" He raised his brow at his mate. Kakarot smiled and nodded following him into the dinning room.
Junior was holding Letta's hand, he turned to face his parents he smiled and called out to them both. Letta let go of Juniors hand allowing him to run towards his fathers, kakarot went down on one knee allowing Junior to run into him. Vegeta stood watching them both, he smiled seeing both their faces light up as they embraced a hug. Junior looked up at Vegeta and poked his tongue out, vegeta smirked and ruffled his son hair as he headed towards the table. Letta smiled watching Kakarot playfully tackle his toddler, junior giggled as he tried to tackle back.
Later that evening kakarot carried his sleepy cub to bed, he tucked him into bed and kneeled by him stroking his son's cheek watching as he slowly fell asleep. Vegeta stood by the door way watching his mate soothing their son to sleep. He smiled a little, he could see how much their son meant to him. Since suffering terribly with grief, kakarot had found comfort telling their son stories about his childhood; even though Junior more than likely didn't take it all in it helped Kakarot to move on. Kakarot planted a kiss on Juniors cheek, he noticed corner of his eye Vegeta stood there. He rose to his feet to face his mate.
"I'm sorry about the other night...I didn't mean..." vegeta cut him off pulling him in for a kiss, both wrapped arms around each other as they slowly pulled away from the kiss and looked into each other's eyes.
"You know I don't regret ever being mated to you?" Vegeta looked at Kakarot seriously "I hated our parents for such ludicrous arrangement, now ...I'm grateful for it."
Kakarot shook his head as he smiled "Yeah, I remember our reaction to it all. My brother found it pretty funny...I wonder if he's now Wyatts bitch?"
Vegeta smirked "what do you think?"
Kakarot remembered that night at the hut, and the stories Wyatt would say. He blushed and laughed a little. Vegeta laughed too before coaxing Kakarot to their room.
They both stripped down, cuddling into each other under the blanket. Their fingers locked together as they made out passionately.
