Chapter 16

*Cam's POV*

It's been a few, well two, weeks since I posted the picture. And ever since all the guys and a few of the girls have been questioning who it is. It's not even the fans asking but mainly they're just saying how sweet I am or have guessed that it's Kay but I won't confirm or deny that. I mean, Nash is the only one who knows who it is.

But it doesn't even matter because next week we'll be leaving to go back touring. I'm glad we got this break. It brought us all closer once again and Taylor and Shawn are back together which is a win and lose. It's a lose cause every single minute of the day they're either always staring at each other, fooling around, making out or constantly touching one another. Well the last one is mainly Taylor touching Shawn but still, I guess it's better than them sending death glares and constantly fighting.

It's weird cause when we leave it's not even my family I'm gonna miss most. It's Kay. But that's mainly because I've spent most of my time with her so our bond got stronger. We haven't hung out the last week and a half as much because she's been moving into Shawn's house and hanging out with young Will since he has leukemia. Poor kid.

I'm not extremely close to him but I still care. He's not even eight I don't think and that's just terrible he has to go through this. But Kay has told me that it isn't in the freak-out-he's-dying-so-serious stage but there's still a high percentage of him surviving. Her words not mine.

I looked at the time and saw I should probably get going to school. There was an assembly for the seniors and freshmen so us juniors, and sophomores didn't have to come in since some of the teachers has meetings during the assembly. Didn't bother me I got to sleep in. My phone ringing brought me out of thought.

I picked it up and saw it was Nash calling, so I answered.

"Hey Cam, when you coming?"

"I'll be there in a few. Wait didn't you recently just get a car?"

"Yeah. And?"

"Can't you drive yourself to school?"

"Cam, we are saving the planet by carpooling. And did you ever find a partner?"

"Not yet, plus you said you didn't want me going."

"Cam, this is a chance for you to go do something. I mean sure you're not a big dancer but if you don't want the show to set you up with some person then you better find a good dancer and soon."

"Okay boss," I said jokingly.

"Yeah, yeah. Just be here soon."

"Then get off the phone with me and let me get dressed!" I laughed as he said something before hanging up.

I put my phone on my dresser before changing into the clothes I picked out. Then grabbed my phone, bag and keys before saying bye to my mom. After putting my bag in the back, I put my seatbelt on and started the car before driving to get Nash. Three radio songs later and I was there.

Nash came running out like he just did something he knew he was gonna get in trouble for. As he got in the car I asked him, "what'd you do this time?"

"Nothing.....just you know. Gave Hayes a new look." He said as if it was nothing.

I didn't push any further because I was too afraid to know. So I just started to drive towards the school.

"So I think I've found you a partner."
