Chapter 5~
They explored for awhile till they heard a strange clanging noise coming from the upstairs bedroom.
"Miranda did you hear that..?" Skyler said scared. "Yea..maybe it was Katie and Hunter..maybe they came in and is looking for us." Miranda said.
"But Hunter nor Katie has texted us back yet.." Skyler said proving a point. "True..um lets go back downstairs." Miranda said. Skyler quickly agreed and they headed for the stairs.
Weird sounds and things falling all over have been happening all around Miranda and Skyler.
A book flew across the room. "Lets get out of here!" Skyler screamed. "Agreed!" Miranda said. Skyler quickly grabbed her hand and they ran out the front door.
Then they heard uncontrollable laughing coming from behind them.
They turned and saw Hunter and Katie laughing uncontrollably. "What the heck is going on!?" Miranda boomed.
"We won prank wars!" "We got you guys good!" Katie said laughing.
"W-w-what..?" Skyler asked. "We rigged the house with some sounds and other gear, and we scared you both." Hunter said.
Skyler and Miranda looked at each other for a second, then start laughing. "Congrats guys on winning." Miranda said patting Hunter and Katie's shoulders. "Thanks." They both said smiling.
"Guys..." Skyler said looking up at the house pointing up towards the bedroom window.
"What..Oh my gosh." Katie said. They all looked in the direction Skyler was pointing to.
Standing in the window of the upstairs bedroom where Skyler and Miranda heard the strange clanging, stood a lady in white with an angered face.
"Uh guys...lets get out of here." Hunter said while grabbing his boyfriends hand.
"For sure!" Miranda said.
And they all ran towards the road away from the Haunted Old Willows House.
