"Is the library open till midnight now?" Dabi retorted irritatedly, as I came through the door.
I quickly whipped my head to the clock on the wall.
12:03am.
Ah shit.
I totally forgot, I was supposed to hang out with Dabi tonight.
I only meant to stay at Momo's house for like an hour, then ditch. But, I was having so much fun, I got a little carried away with time.
Not only that, I told Dabi I was going to the library to study. The library definitely closed, hours ago.
I cringed slightly, as I walked over to the couch, sitting next to Dabi.
"Sorry. I lost track of time." I replied softly, shooting him an apologetic smile.
"Doing what?" Dabi scoffed.
"Oh, you know...just wandering the city. Thinking." I shrugged, lying through my teeth.
"Whatever." Dabi replied, clearly upset with me.
"Hey, I know I said we could watch a movie together when I got back. So, let's do it now." I suggested, trying to cheer him up.
Truth be told, I wanted nothing more than to crash in my bed and go to sleep. I was exhausted from the night.
But, Dabi was my friend. I didn't want to leave him hanging.
Dabi gave me a side glance, before looking at the ceiling, uninterested.
"Do whatever you want." He muttered, causing me to smile lightly.
In Dabi language, that means "I'd love to still watch a movie with you."
"Well, I'm gonna watch a movie. You can stay if you want." I replied lightly, putting on one of Dabi's favorite movies: Pulp Fiction.
Dabi groaned softly. He knew what I was doing.
"Fine. You got me. I'll make the popcorn." He mumbled, going to the kitchen to get some snacks.
I chuckled lightly, as I settled in, forcing myself to stay awake to spend time with my friend.
.......
"I'm glad to see you're all working hard for the UA sports festival. It's a good chance to showcase your skills to hero agencies across Japan." Aizawa explained to the class.
Everyone cheered in favor of the UA sports festival. Sadly, I wouldn't be able to participate in the events.
Aizawa said it was because he wasn't confident enough in my quirk control yet.
"For today, we'll work on your first aid and rescue skills. Grab a partner and meet me on the training grounds." Aizawa dismissed.
I turned to Kirishima now. "Wanna be my partner?" I asked him with a grin.
"Yeah! Let's do it!" He exclaimed, getting up to change into his gym clothes.
I began walking down the hallway, going to change as well, when I heard someone whisper my name.
I stopped walking, being left alone in the hallway now, as I listened for my name again.
"Psst! Margo!" Someone hissed from behind the corner.
I slowly walked behind the corner, gasping in slight shock when I saw....
"A-All Might?" I questioned, seeing him crouch down to my level now.
