This town is mine. These people are mine. This whole community is mine. Mine to protect. I am the 'villain' of this town. It is my job to watch over the people, to make sure no one is hurt. To be honest I think i just described the opposite of a villain.
Ever since I 'took over' this town, crime rates have dropped drastically and the yearly death rate has also dropped. Before I took reign, the yearly death rate was around 21,104 not including regular deaths such as old age etc. since I took over (around two years ago) the death rates have plummeted to an all time low. In my reign, healthcare has improved, schools have been built, trees have been planted. And what do I receive? Hatred. I'm the monster. I'm the one who ruined everything. The amount of paperwork done by me for this town is astounding. The mayor left a couple of months before I took over. The town was in chaos when I took control.
Anyway, back to present day. I'm doing paperwork, as I always seem to be, in the attic of an old abandoned house no public member ever dared enter. It's raining outside, heavy. I have a blanket around my shoulders and F/H/D (Favourite Hot Drink) on my desk. The piles of paperwork are too tall too even see over. I'm lucky I have my workers to look after the town while I do all the paperwork. Honestly, if I'm truthful, I wish the town had a hero. Someone to do all this. Someone to fight. I don't want to do this.
I have just finished another pile of paperwork, god knows what time it is. I was going to go to bed but there was a commotion outside. One of my workers rushes up to the attic to inform me that a hero has arrived. Apparently he goes by the name of Jackieboy man. Original. Before I even get to set foot out of the attic door and onto the stairs the door is blown straight off of its hinges. "Well I guess that is one way to make an entrance." I mutter to myself as I hold the door handle that used to be attached to the door.Jackieboy man's PoV
I had heard word from other superheroes about a town run by a super villain. I was amazed. How could anyone let this happen? I had to sort this out immediately. Those poor civilians.
I flew over to said town in question (I know he can't fly just use your imaginations) and examined it. Everything seemed perfectly okay. Did I mishear? Surely not! As I landed a crown began to form around me. They told me they were living in constant fear and how they live every day of their lives by the skin of their teeth. They told me about how their villain would knock down schools, rip trees from the ground and how they would murder people at their own will. The town looked in pretty good shape but obviously I was mistaken. I was told where this horrible villain lived and I snook there. I heard talking coming from the attic. I stood in the attic stairs and when I heard rapid footsteps heading to the door I took my shot right at the door. I heard the villain mutter something under their breath that was inaudible to me. The villain looked at me, then the doorknob in their hand, then at something further into the room I could not quite see and finally back to me, particularly focusing on my suit. I stood awkwardly not knowing what to do. With one swift quick movement, the villain went back in the room, picked up a bag and then walked back over to me. I was confused until I saw the bags under the villains eyes and the stacks of paperwork? Was the villain actually the good person and it was actually the people who were spoiled and privileged. I would never know, because as soon as the person in the attic walked over to me, they looked me over once more then proceeded to push the doorknob into my hands then pushed me out of the way so they could get out. The last thing I heard the person say was "Good luck sucker." You could hear the smirk in their voice. What could they mean by that.
