YN YLN is a junior, about to be a senior. Since she is Latina (I really want more Latin representation when it comes to these fanfics), she is a little bit more on the romantic side. Her best friends are Ricky, Gina and Nini, however, Gina is the only one who knows about YN's crush on Ricky. Ricky and YN have been best friends since...who knows how long, they have such a good relationship.
Ricky Bowen is a junior, about to be a senior. His best friends are YN and Big Red. He does have a group of friends (that will come in later) and they are completely focused on having the best summer ever.
