The rest of their beach day was just Ricky being frustrated with writing Nini a love letter and YN trying to have a good time without thinking about Ricky. At 6, each one went to their houses, Ricky started writing his love letter and when he finally finished it, he put it in an envelope and texted YN to meet him at Crusty's Pizza tomorrow at 2:30. YN texted Gina and Nini to have a sleepover after she asked her mom for permission. YN's mom started preparing everything for YN's sleepover. At 7 o'clock, Gina and Nini knocked on the door with their overnight bag.
YN POV
Tonight Gina and Nini are sleeping over at my house.
—YN, it's so cool of your mom to let us sleep over.— Nini said and she sat on my bed.
—Well it's not like she was going to let me sleep over at your house.— I said,
—True. Is your mom making guacamole?— Gina asked.
—Of course. What do you guys want to do first; faces masks? Disney movie marathon? Karaoke? Gossip? I'm throwing out options here, tell me which one you like.— I said.
—I was thinking we could play just talk. So YN, got any boys you like?— Nini asked me. When I say "I got nervous", I got NERVOUS.
—No, no, i don't like any boys.— I said twiddling my thumbs.— I mean, unless you count Tom Holland or Joel Pimentel.— I said,
—I'm talking about boys at our school, but at least I know you have good taste.— Nini said laughing.— And you Gina?
—No one, no one at all. Definitely Tom Holland and Michael B. Jordan though.— Gina said.
—Respect.— I said and we high fived.
—Wait YN, are you sure you don't like anyone? Not even Ricky?— Nini asked and I was like so nervous now.
—What? Me and Ricky? Of course not? What makes you think I have a crush on Ricky?— I asked. Tierra, trágame y escúpeme en Marte. (May The earth swallow me whole and spit me out on Mars)
—Nothing, it's just that the way you two spend time together, you know? Like I said, the both of you have been best friends for a very long time. You two have amazing chemistry, I honestly believe that Ricky's eyes light up when you are with him. But I don't know, maybe I'm seeing things.— Nini explained and Gina looked at me. I have no idea how to react to that.
—Yeah, maybe.— i said back softly.— I'm gonna go to the kitchen, y'all want water?
—Yes please.— the both of them said and I went to the kitchen and saw my mom mashing the ingredients.
—Mija, ya casi terminó el guacamole. Oye, ¿que pasa? Por que te ves triste?— (Sweetie, I'm almost finished with the guacamole. Hey, what's wrong? Why do you look sad?) my mom asked me.
—No es nada, mami. Es solo que me gusta un chico pero yo no le gusto.— (Its nothing, mama. It's just that i like a guy but he doesn't like me back) i tell my mom.
—Y a ver, ¿como sabes que no le gustas? Quizás él se siente lo mismo.— (Hold on, how do you know he doesn't like you? Maybe he feels the same thing) my mom said,
—Mamá, lo estoy ayudando conquistar a otra chica, esta muy claro que no le gusto. Igual, no importa. Ya llevo las papas, el guacamole, y las aguas para mis amigas. Te quiero mucho.— (Mama, I'm helping him win over another girl, it's super obvious that he doesn't like me. Besides, it doesn't matter. I already got the chips, the guacamole, and the drinks for my friends. I love you very much.) i told my mom and i grabbed the two bottle of water, a bag of tostitos chips and a bag of lays for me and I entered my room.— So what Disney movie you want to watch?

I was also thinking about a new fanfic called Love On Wheels, loosely based off of an Argentine Disney show. Basically a Mexican girl who loves to roller skate moves to Argentina because of her parents and there she makes friends and sadly enemies all while going to school, working at a roller rink, and competing in freestyle roller skating competitions. This quarantine has got me creative.
Since the cast of HSMTMTS actually do roller skate in real life, I thought it was a good idea, let me know what you think because I REALLY want to write it. Also tell me if you want it YN or Adrienne Valente
