YN POV

I was listening to music in my room, packing my bags for Barcelona when I heard someone knock on the door. My parents went to some party, my cousin's quinceañera, and since I had a stomach ache, I didn't go. I got up to answer the door and it was him.

—What do you want, Bowen?— I ask.

—Are you busy?— Ricky asked,

—Um, kinda.— I replied.

—Well, can i come in for a while?

—Why? What's wrong, Bowen?

—Nini and i broke up a few hours ago.— Ricky said,

—Well, as much as I love hearing about your love life, it's late, and my bed needs me.— I said, trying to close the door but Ricky puts his foot in the way,

—Now wait a minute, I need to ask you something.— Ricky said.

—And what's that?

—Would you go out with me sometime?— he asked

—What?

—I think we oughta go on a real date, you and me together.— Ricky said.

—What the hell happened to Nini?

—I don't know what happened, it's just, it wasn't what i thought it was going to be. I expected her to be like you. You knows we have a good time together, that's what I expected but it wasn't like that. We've been friend for a long time and I like being with you more than anybody else. I don't even know if you feel the same way but I think we should try going on a date, just to see if we really do click or something. What do you say?

—What do I say? Ricky, you just won the asshole of the year award. Did you really expect me to go on a date with you after the way you treated me? That's a big fat "no", Bowen. I am not going to be the rebound of some white boy. I may not look like it, but I am a lot better than that, I know my worth. Now please go away, Ricky, I need to finish cleaning the house before my parents come home.— I said and slammed the door, who does he think he is?

Ricky POV

Damn. I'll just talk to her tomorrow, wait for her to cool off, that's all I can do, I still have 2 weeks to talk to her.
