All Alone Except For Her

It was the next morning and Lily was laying down on some leaves. She spent the night roaming the woods as a doe and finally rested early in the morning. "Is this you?Are you making my powers go crazy?" Lily asked seemingly to no one.

"Ah!My dear Lily I might of gave you a little push at first but that back there was all your doing!You see your new powers are tied to your emotions and those kids back they made you made did they not?" The voice said happily

"It did but I thought I learned to control them Minnie she helped me-" Lily starts

"That fool she can't help you!See people like that they want to control you and they think you are too powerful so they say they would teach you but all they want to do is control you and make sure you don't become more powerful!"

"What do you mean?I thought she was helping me"

"No not at all no one understands the power you have but I do so I think I could help you figure it out if you help me out" The ominous voice says suspiciously

"What do you want?I don't even know who you are. Who are you?" Lily rambles

"All in good time Lily but first off you need to go back to the castle and don't speak of me or our conversation because they won't understand and you know that by their emotions and thoughts so go back to the castle and we will be in touch so I could help you with your powers and remember you are all alone in this except for me of course just remember that because you don't want to hurt anyone or be cast out so I suggest sticking with just me for now for safety reasons"

"Sounds good I guess but what will people think of me after last night they will be more scared of me"

"Being different is good Lily and fear is also good when you are the ones doing it to people"

"How did you even know who I was and that I got new powers?"

"I have powers like yours maybe not as powerful but I have them and also that very pretty necklace you had was originally mine years ago I sensed you had it and the necklace that gave you these powers connected me to you"

"Oh ok so I guess I have to head back to the castle now but don't forget you said you were going to teach me how to control it right?" Lily asks

"Definitely Lily I wouldn't forget I'll talk to you later now run off and remember what we talked about and maybe I'll show you this cool trick to talk to someone from inside their mind but all in good time because I didn't learn this overnight either"

"Ok I'm going to head back because I don't want to spend another night in this forest" She gets off the floor and heads back to the castle.

Lysander is in the great hall for breakfast but has his head on the table and is not looking up or even eating. "You ok twinnie?" Lorcan asks

"Does it look like I'm ok?I got no sleep" Lysander mumbles agitated and still not lifting his head up.

"And why is that?" Lorcan asks

"Lily is out there by herself and it's my fault"

"How do you figure that?"

"I made her come to the dance"

"You were trying to help her"

"And look how that turned out!"

"Get your head off the table and come to the black lake with me and Louis and maybe get some breakfast too because you need to eat"

"Do I have to?I mean I'm good right here and also I should go looking for Lily not sitting by the lake thank you very much" Lysander says stubbornly.
