Chapter 2

Cloud walks inside the bar, passing barret
Cloud: "someone took Tifa, I don't know why"
Barret: "Maybe it was Shinra"
Cloud: "Doubtful, I know how Shinra works and I just talked to them they have a case for it"
Barret: "hmm may-"
Vincent walks in the room with Yuffie
Yuffie: "Hi!! Do you guys have any snacks? Im starving!" Yuffie checks in the kitchen like a maniac.
Vincent: "what is this about?"
Barret: "We'll explain when the others get here"
Cid walks in with his lit cigarette as usual but with a smiling face.
Barret: "what the heck are you smiling about?"
Cid: "hehe Im just about to show you my latest model of the highwind! I upgraded it and put on some turrets, I also made the ship bulletproof" he crosses his arms like a boss with that cocky smile thinking his comrades would be impressed.
Yuffie: "HOORAY! I can't wait to use a machine gun! I never used one before hehe!"
Barret: "Well congrats Cid, now what happened to the others?"
Yuffie holding a lot of food in her arms almost stumbles over, she almost felt like she was holding materia
Yuffie: "Oh I tried calling them but they wont pick up-" a beeping noise comes from her phone which is in her back pocket
Yuffie: "oh that must be them, wha-? Aawww they sent me a voicemail"
Yuffie plays the recording for her to hear as she sets the food on the kitchen table making herself a huge sandwich. The group looked and stared at Yuffie waiting for her to tell them what they said. Yuffie about to eat stops and stares at them.
Yuffie: "Its mine!"
Cid: "YUFFIE WHAT DID THEY SAY!"
Yuffie: "Oh they said they have their own problems to take care of right now so they are going to miss this one"
Barret: "alright then since we all here" he looks at cloud
Cloud: "Tifas been captured"
Cid: "heh! Judging from the place it was obvious someone was fighting in here"
Cloud: "Ya and I dont know where they could be, Yuffie examine the place we need to know the weapons this person used"
Yuffie walks over and looks at every detail
Yuffie: "wait hold on why do I have to examine the entire bar?!"
Vincent: "your a ninja an assassin, you should know"
Yuffie: "mm true okay...but..something doesn't add up. It looks like it was too fast, its just not enough to simply know who was doing the fighting here."
Cloud: "hm, what about the chair do you have any idea who could of broke it?"
Yuffie: "Im not sure, it could of been Tifa who threw the chair but thats just an assumption because I can't tell the enemies weapon yet"
Cloud: "hmm"
Vincent: "Doesn't add up"
Cloud: "There was broken glass on the floor but Denzel cleaned it up"
Cid: "what else did he clean?"
Cloud: "Nothing else"
Yuffie: "hmm..."
Barret: "Knowing Tifa...She could of used one of those cups or beer bottles to protect herself"
Cloud: "Your right, she is environmental in combat"
Yuffie: "Then it looks like Tifa did all the fighting"
Vincent: "interesting"
Everyone looks at Vinc
Vincent: "Lets assume the opponent didn't have weapons not a weapon that can cut but a weapon that can be used without leaving a scratch like a portal"
Cloud: "hmm Its possible"
Vincent: "We should search for more clues"
Cloud: "mm lets split up on the recent areas where fights occurred"
Yuffie: "OH I WANNA GO WITH VINCENT!"
Cloud: (Nods) "each of you go in two, Ill check at the Church"
Vincent puts his hand on his shoulder
Vince: "you shouldn't go alone"
Cloud: "I can take care of myself"
Vince nods and leaves with Yuffie as cid and Barret follow
Sector 5
Cloud arrives at the Church and remembers seeing a black figure like. He goes inside and looks around with caution, he stepped on something which made a liquid sound. Cloud looks on the floor and sees blood. Concerned he looks over at the flower bed where it once was now he looks at the pond of water. He goes inside the water and is met with a bright light. He sees Aerith with her pink dress and gentle smile.
Aerith: "Cloud..."
Cloud: "?!"
An image of the North crater appeared before Clouds eyes. He wakes up floating in the water and he sees a figure on the ceiling. He quickly stands on his feet and grabs his sword. As the figure rushes forward with his sword clashing with Clouds. The visible figure smiles as he pounces on Clouds sword shooting himself in the air. Cloud left in confusion goes up the air swinging his sword about to slice the man until he suddenly disappears from the air. Cloud falls back on the wooden floor landing on his feet, he was left looking at the sky lost in thought with number-able questions. He quickly goes out and stays in the bar, waiting for the others to arrive.

Tifa opens her eyes and sees herself being dragged on the floor from her leather vest collar. She tries to move but her body was feeling fraile, she tries to see her surroundings but everything is blurry. The entire area looks brownish, she sees candles by the walls. She can see her own legs dragging through the concrete.
Tifa: "a cave?"
She closes her eyes as she feels terribly injured.The man dragging her takes off his hoody and lets out a grin. Its long silver hair reveals itself and throws tifa in a glass protected cell then the sound of footsteps enter the room.
"Is she sedated?"
"Yes I gave it to her when before I took her"
"Good"
"When she wakes up we will begin extraction"
"Sir why does it have to be when she is awake?"
"She's different, she harnesses a great strength of ability"
"She wasn't that strong"
"She wasn't using her full power"
"Hmm? What do you mean sir?"
"She has a gift much like a cetra but she doesn't know very much of herself"
"Hmm"
Seventh heaven
Cloud walks in the kitchen and sees the group conversing together like chickens wobbling at each other. Cloud silences everyones little conversation with his answer.
Cloud: "I know where she is"
Barret: "Good cuz Im tired of searchin"
Cloud: "Shes in the Northern Crater"
Cid: "heee dawgy- wait what?!"
Barret: "In the northern crater?!"
Vince: "Nobodies been there in centuries the only person who was there recently was Sephiroth"
Yuffie: "Why would she be there? Its nothing  but caves filled with ugly creatures"
Vince: "A long time ago it used to be a facility but it got buried under ground not even I was born at the time. Must be centuries old"
Cloud: "We need to find the entrance"
Vince: "Are you sure shes there?"
Cloud nods
Barret: "then theres no time to waste, lets get a move on!"
Highwind
Yuffie: "Waaaw I've never seen such a cool ship before even the inside is clean and the floor is so preetty"
Cid: "hehe I did a few adjustments, I even added seats for the passengers"
Cid taps on a blue button in which seats came out from the floor with seatbelts.
Barret: "Wow you out did yourself with this one Cid"
Cid smiles proudly
The group sat on the chairs in which they were given control panels.
Yuffie: "woaw! Whats this?"
Cid: "each chair has a different operation controls, yuffie your in charge of the guns and positioning from each side; Vincent you have the control panel for the shafts and in charge of the shield which is a force being used by materia that protects the ship from all attacks"
Barret: "Is there a regular seat?"
Cid: "Well the control panels are optional"
Barret: "ah- hey wait wheres Cloud?"
Cid: "He's outside"
Cloud stares into the sky, feeling the wind as it blows his hair and clothes.
Cloud: "It feels liberating"
Barret: "Hey spikey, you good?"
Cloud: "Ya I just.." his eyes turn to his side. Barret could easily see that he was being bothered by his own thoughts.
Barret: "Tifas alright, shes a tough girl. She doesn't go down easy" he smiles at the sky. "Heh!"
Cloud still seemed troubled and almost gave a look of guilt.
Barret: "So...have you told her?"
Cloud: "hm?"
Barret: "about your feelings"
Cloud: "huh?"
Barret: "oh geez don't act like I don't know"
Cloud: "what are you talking about?"
Barret: "Oh crap alright, listen I know you and Tifa have had some trouble in the past but I know that you were the only one there for her when she needed it. Its obvious you love her"
Cloud blinks at him with stunned eyes
Cloud: "I..."
Barret: "stop looking so damn low all the time, you been living together for 3 years. I see the way you look at her with those soft eyes of yours haha"
Clouds face turns a light shade of pink and looks the other direction avoiding eye contact.
Barret: "Look...I've been in your shoes.. I had someone dear to me...my wife. She was an angel made from heaven, she was so caring and nice. We were married for a while, I wasn't home most times. She died, my biggest regret was never being there for her to tell her I loved her everyday. You should tell her your feelings Cloud...you would be surprised how much you love her when you lose her"
Cloud looks to the side and his eyes shift towards the sky
Cloud: "Im afraid of losing her like I lost everything else"
Yuffie: "Hey what are you guys doing!? We already here are you coming or what?"
