Justin's Pov

My breath caught in my throat. I can't just give up Lesley? She's my everything. She's my life. My love.

Jesse gave me a look of satisfaction. I turned my head toward Lesley's direction and saw her blank face.

I saw the tears welling up in her eyes and her hands shaking. Disgustingly, Nina held the biggest smile I've ever seen.

I bit my lip and focused back on Jesse.

"She's off limits," I spoke. "Oh no no no Justy," started Jesse," You said anything, so I chose Lesley."

Fuck my life.

I gritted my teeth and let out a deep breath. "You just want her all to yourself you fucking prick," I spat.

Jesse's facial expression changed as his grin turned into a thin straight line. "No. I'm not saying to hand her over to me or anything. I'm just saying that you break things off with her."

What the hell. I can't break up with Lesley AGAIN. I couldn't even last a couple of hours without her. I love Lesley.

I can't leave her. I can't. "Not Lesley. Pick something else. Anything but Lesley."

"Lesley or I'll shoot your brains out."

Jason prompted his gun onto the middle of my forehead, my heart stopping a split second.

He held a grin once again.

"WAIT A STOP!"

Lesley ran towards us and stood in between us. She's such a shortie.

"What?" Jesse spat. "Don't talk to her that way," I commanded.

Surprisingly, Jesse obeyed. "Can I speak to Justin in private? Before we separate?"

Separate? Who said we were separating? Now I'm freaking out. Jesse nodded and walked back to his boys.

Everyone seemed to be in their own conversation while Cameron and Nash stared at us with remorse.

"Justin....i think we need to do this." "Do what?" I asked stupidly. "Justin, don't make this harder please," Lesley said.

Her eyes were a dark blue, the kind when she's sad, when she's in pain. Her eyes becoming puffy and red as tears fell to her cheeks.

"Lesley....why?" "It's for the best. It'll save everyone. I didn't want this in the first place. You don't have to lie to me. I know it's my fault. I need to do this. Not just for this, but for you, for Jason too," Lesley said as she paced back and forth.

My mouth went dry. "But, I love you." "I love you too Justin."

"But you don't understand. I want you Lesley. I need you. I'll go insane without you," I choked.

I can't lose her. Not when I just almost did. "Justin please. We have to," Lesley repeated.

I felt pain where my heart was. "Its for best Justin. I love you, so so so much. That's why I have to do this. I don't want you killed!"

"I'd rather die than lose you!" I exclaimed as I felt my eyes begin to water.

"You'd rather have me living a life of grief and regret than us just breaking up!" Lesley shot. I kept silent to myself...

"It hurts me too you know. I don't want to leave you Justin. I want to stay with you forever. But forever isn't real. It never was. I'd rather us break up and remain friends than you dying because of me," Lesley said.

"I want to end this. Not just for the gang and all the fighting, but for you too. I'm the one who got you into this mess again. I'm the one who dated Jesse and started this shit. So I'm the one who should end it.."

"No Lesley please don't," I pleaded. The pain of a thousand swords stabbing me in every part of my body was too much.

"I'm sorry Justin. I love you."

She placed her body against mine and planted a kiss on my lips. I wrapped my numb hands around her, moving our lips together in a slow motion. This is the last time I would ever taste her lips.

Her tear stained lips. She pulled back and gave me a wearily smile, mouthing the words, I. Love. You.

And that's the sound of my heart shattering.

"I love you too," I choked.

She didn't bother responding. She waved goodbye before jogging into the direction of where Jason went.

I wiped my face. I don't want Jesse to know that I was crying.

"So have you guys made a decision?" Jesse smirked.

Fucking prick.

"Yeah......we're done."
