Annie's P.O.V.

After a few minutes I had put my head on Asher's shoulder and I was winning a thumb war. "No, ahh damn." He was saying as I pinned his thumb down.

I smiled proud of myself.

"Haa ha. The reigning champ." I said smiling.

"Alright alright, don't get cocky yet. 7 our of 8?" He offered.

"If you don't mind losing." I said smiling and I could feel that his head was resting on mine a little making me smile more.

"Whoa, what's going on here?" Lilia asked at they walked up to us.

I immediately jumped up away from him and shoved my hands in my pockets trying to act normal.

It makes me a little uncomfortable with my friends knowing how much I really care for Asher.

I don't know why it just does.

"Uhh, what's you find out from the nurses." I asked casually.

"Nothing." Anna said.

"Nothing?" I repeated.

"We walked past the baby room and one thing led to another and we got to hold babies." Lilia said jumping up a little.

"Seriously?" I said rolling my eyes.

"You wanna come?" Anna asked.

And I was about to protest but Lilia cut me off, "Yeah, come on. Babies love you." She said grabbing my hand. "I think it has something to do with your boobs." And once she said that I felt my cheeks burning.

"I get that." Asher said and I just know he has that dumb cute smirk on his perfect lips and I didn't dare look at him.

"Ju- shut up. No we gotta wait to see what happens." I said talking me hand back.

"Ugh, you're no fun." Anna said rolling her eyes and walked out probably to see if Luke is outside.

"But ya love me anyway." I said smiling.

"Yeah, yeah. Believe what you want." Lilia said and sat on my lap and I put my arms around her waist and grabbed my forearms kinda like a hug.

After a few minutes a nurse came out holding Sydney up and we walked over to her quickly. "Okay, so she has a grade 2 concussion which is not that bad just be careful with her for the next few days. We gave her some Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs to help her with the pain but she will be a little loopy for the next few hours." He said and walked away.

Me and Lilia grabbed both of her arms and held her up. "Whoa, what happened to your face?" Syd asked poking my cheek.

"Nothing." I said rolling my eyes. "Ash, can you help with her for a second?" I asked and he nodded and grabbed her arm.

"Woooooow, a real life vampire." Syd said amazed and put her hand up by his face and moved his lip to see his fangs and her fingers were basically in his mouth making me and Lilia laugh.

"Okay, no no. That's not polite." Lilia said smiling hand pulled her arm back.

"Okay, lets go see if your brother is outside." I said and walked outside and they followed.

"Brother!" Syd said when she saw Luke leaning on his car and she stumbled towards him and threw her arms around her.

"Hey, sis." He said and hugged her back tightly with a huge smile. "Love you." I could barely hear him whisper.

"Yeah, and the doctors gave her some drugs so she's gonna be a little loopy for the next few hours." Anna said and he nodded and got on the drivers side and Anna got in the passenger side and Lilia got in the car too.

"Okay, lets go. In the car." I said walking her over to the car.

"Oh, I don't think I should be drive right now. I feel kinda weird." Sydney said sounding drunk as ever.

"I know babe, that's why you are gonna sit in the back with us." I said and got her in the car and shut the door close.

I turned to see Asher with his hands in his pockets just looking at me. "I'm sorry for such a shitty night." I said and ran my fingers through my hair. "I knew we shouldn't come."

"No, I'm sorry that your friends got hurt at my party. And it wasn't that shitty before the accident." He said taking a step closer to me and grabbed my hand.

He started leaning in and I thought he was gonna kiss me but he stopped and looked behind me. I turned my head to see Syd basically hanging out of the car window staring at us with her mouth open a little.

"Are you gonna drink her blood." She asked in a serious tone.

I just laughed and pushed her head back in the car. "Night Ash." I said.

"Uhh, yeah. Goodnight." He said looking down.

I quickly kissed his cheek and got on the car and that was that.
