4. Societal Eye👀

We reached school safely and went straight to the chancery department on C Block.  That's were our lectures should hold.
But as we reached, we saw all the other students hanging around the block I suspect there was no class, for that lecturer was never late. Lateness for him means he won't come and I so much love the day already. Honestly, I was not ready to be in that class for 2hrs30min straight.
There I saw two of the girls who always hangout with us Eli and Jai. These girls are just so beautiful and fun to be with, surprisingly you won't see one without the other.
And for some reason I suspect they might be lesbians lol 😤
they are so much into each other and always keep making eye contacts in class. I only pray my suspicions come true so I won't have to worry about my friends knowing my sexuality.

ELI: Hey Boys

JAI: You guys should have just stayed home. There's no lectures today the lecturer traveled without telling anyone. We just found out from the dean.

SALIM : It would have been better if he said so earlier.

ELI: Well good for us we can just hang around, or maybe go to the cafeteria to get some food. I don't want to go home anytime soon.

NAZ : Right, since we have 2hr30min, let's just go to the canteen then we can also try see if we can do any of the course work he gave us last week.

SALIM: Bro no one is doing any course work here. Let's just get there and eat please. We can do work when we get home.

Jai: I agree. Let's go

As we left the chancery to get to the cafeteria, I saw Max coming towards us, and my heart skipped a beat!

Max is one of the super cute guys on campus. He is fair in complexion and just the average guy I would want for myself lol... Throughout the semester we spoke only twice and I was dying to say hello to him again. Only if the words will come out this time around😫

MAX : Bro what are you thinking about?

NAZ : Oh hey man, sorry I was just off.....(actually didn't even realized when he came close to me).

MAX: Yea I realized, well I have to run for lectures now before I get myself thrown out. I will see you later 😉.
NAZ: Ok man. You take care...........

SALIM: Did he just winked at you Naz? Boi he might like you. I heard from the girls, that Max doesn't stop and talk to anyone he does not like. He just says hi and pass...and he did stop for you, better know what that means. 

NAZ: That's just a lie, they must have said that because they like him and he doesn't. Well Max is straight; you and I know that. Can't get myself beaten to death just because of a lust.

SALIM: And who said it's a lust? you've been thinking about this guy and how you would want him to be your first ever true love for a while now. Unless if you don't like him anymore bro.

NAZ: I do man, but what can I do? I can't just tell him. Despite here being a university, I can't risk it. Some educated people are the dumbest!

SALIM: Well true. Let's go catch up with the girls in front.

We got to the cafeteria and found it was already filled up with students and there was no where we can even sit to eat.

JAI: WOW! I wish here was empty!

SALIM: This is University for us sis, even a proper cafeteria for students is a problem. This space is so small and not 50 students can sit here to eat. You either buy and walk away with your food or just don't buy. And I can't be walking with food in my hand.

ELi: Thanks for saying that Salim, me either.

NAZ: Well hence we can't buy food here. Let's go out of campus then we can food at the restaurant opposite the school.

SALIM: Am ok with that. We can go.....

We left the place and were just about to get to the school gate, when we met up with two random guys. Familiar thou, but non of us knows them.

RANDOM GUY 1: These people are always together....I think they are dating! If so, Salim is dating Eli whiles Jai is Naz Girlfriend.

RANDOM GUY 2: Well they are cute together. I pray they just keep it loyal and straight like that.

RANDOM GUY 1: I just hope they all don't share each other's girlfriends like they do in Europe

I was totally shocked by hearing that😂. I swear when they say African's don't mind their own business, it's not a joke. And they can't even gossip😂. Like bro keep it low for heaven sake! We are hearing you🤦🏾‍♂️

JAI: Oh yes we do....and guess it's so amazing trust me.

SALIM: Hahaha com on Jai, you just have to respond to that? They were just gossiping. Let them talk, we all know that's not true.

JAI: Sis! have to let them know that we heard them. I just can't understand why it's so difficult for people to mind there own business.

ELI: And who even told him that that's what's done in Europe? 😂😂😂

NAZ: Lmao he must have probably watch it in a movie or something. Here they just assume things they don't know. But honestly Jai,  some people are not worth it. You don't have to respond to any comment said about you or any of us. Let's it pass sis and save your energy.

JAI: I am trying boy. Just can't take it when someone said something about me or my friends. It's not just nice.

ELI: well I for one don't mind.One  can say anything you  want.  I live, love, and learn. That's all there's to life.

We got to the restaurant and we all ordered for our food which the cute guy we found there said won't take long.

My sisy ass he noticing random cute guys all over😂. I better control these eyes before it's plucked out!

There we sat for another two hours after we ate and decided to go home...it was getting to evening and getting a vehicle to go home becomes difficult after 6pm. There's no bus, so we use the public transport.

We will all see tomorrow morning by 8am.
SALIM: Smh, I hate early morning lectures!
NAZ: Bye girls👋🏾
