Zeus and Ophelia now stood in his bedroom again. This time the bed had been prepared by one of the maids and both water and tea sat on the two nightstands. At this point, Ophelia was extremely tired. Zeus on the other hand was restless. He didn't want to sleep in fear he would wake up and she would be gone.
"I am going to change, you can get ready for bed if you'd like." Zeus said.
She rubbed her eyes and yawned, but replied with a small okay. She made her way to the bathroom that she had been in just earlier. Half asleep already she went through the motions of getting ready for bed. After brushing her teeth with a new toothbrush that the maids had left she was all done. Ophelia opened the bathroom door to reveal a sight that made her blush from head to toe.
Zeus was shirtless and wore low hanging pajama pants. The tattoos that hid under all of his clothing were now revealed and he was absolutely covered in them.
He turned around and chuckled at how red she was. He loved how innocent she came off.
"Come on. Let's get you in bed." He grabbed her hand. She followed him silently. Ophelia just let him move her around.
He placed her on the bed and allowed her to get under the covers.
"I will be right back." He kissed the top of her head.
He went to the bathroom and did his nightly routine the fastest he has ever done it before. He was in a rush to get back to her.
While he was in the bathroom, Ophelia laid in the bed twirling her thumbs. It was the first time she was able to think clearly all night even with her exhausted mind.
She really only knew a couple of things that were true.
She wasn't going to be going back to her mother.
She was soulmates with the king.
She was tired.
The rest seemed to be a mystery. She didn't know what to expect with this new adventure or what to expect from Zeus. She wondered what her Mother was doing, but quickly pushed that thought away. If she thought about it too much she would make herself have another panic attack.
Ophelia was so lost in her thoughts that she hadn't noticed Zeus come out of the bathroom.
"Are you comfortable?" He asked. She looked over to him and watched him get in bed.
"Mhm." She hummed, but she was actually thinking, 'I have never slept with a man before.'
"Good." He paused but he knew she was slightly uncomfortable. "Ophelia, I know this is a lot for you. I-I just hope that you realize that you have given me the greatest gift in life."
All she could do was smile. She appreciated that he was trying to understand her. She also saw how happy he was and Ophelia was never one to ruin someone's happiness.
Zeus turned off the light. Both of them got comfortable.
"How about tomorrow I take you to see the gardens?" He asked brushing the loose strand of hair behind her ear. He could see her through the darkness as if she was a light. Ophelia smiled again as she laid down on the soft pillow. Goosebumps covered her skin which was an effect his light touches had.
"T-that would b-e nice." She whispered. The world went dark.

Her eyes fluttered open. She immediately noticed that she was on something warm but hard as a rock. Once her eyes got more adjusted to the light she noticed she was now on top of Zeus, whose arm wrapped around her midsection effectively holding her down. She looked at him as he slept peacefully. His chest rose and fell evenly. She had to admit that she was comfortable. Opehlia had never got better sleep before.
