So... this is just a little bonus chapter, just for a bit of fun! I decided to try a chapter from Maisie's point of view, suggested by my lovely friend @Readthewrittenword... I doubted it would work but I decided to give it a anyway! Time-wise, this mini chapter  fits perfectly between Ch 10 & 11 - thus Ch10.5! :D

"Honestly, you two are so bloody weird," said Dru. "Just go for a walk together or something. Like, right now."

Oh my God, what was he saying? He was suggesting Stef and I go for a walk together? Alone? AARGH!

I was hyperventialting; that boy was hot. Ridiculously so. He didn't speak though; just stuttered. And I'd only met him today. The minute I saw him, I was in a total daze, a daydream. We hadn't talked properly at all, but I liked him. I liked him. A lot.

"Yeah, go for a walk," Jay said enthusiastically, just about shoving Stef and me out.

We walked down the stairs in utter silence.

"Um, I... need shoes," Stef stuttered, looking down at his bare feet. "Sorry."

He shoved open the door to his flat and shoved his feet inside a random pair of trainers and shuffled out.

"Where... shall we... go?" Stef asked, his voice wavering and high-pitched.

"Just... around?" I replied awkwardly, unable to control my vocal chords.

He smiled awkwardly and nodded. We shuffled down the road, in a strange, awkward silence. Neither of us had any idea of where we were walking and neither of us dared to speak, but we couldn't stop ourselves from nervously laughing. We got the end and had to decide which way to continue our walk.

"I don't... mind," I said.

"Neither... do I."

We were silent as we cut a corner and walked for a few more metres, before Stef stopped and turned to face me.

"Hi - I never got the chance to properly introduce myself. I'm Stefan Abingdon and I apologise for being really awkward and weird," Stef said in one breath, deliberately not making eye contact with me.

I smiled, as I tried to suppress my obsessive fangirling. I inhaled deeply before replying. "I'm Maisie. I'm pleased to meet you."

We smiled awkwardly to each other, resulting in us both bursting out into quiet giggles of nervous laughter again.

"So... why are you in London?" he asked. Finally, we seemed to be having a half-normal conversation

"Uni," I said simply. I mean, Jay had told him earlier I was at uni, right? "And you?"

"Music. Dru and Ash and I are in a band together," he said.

Oh my GOD! I thought, a BOYBAND! That's why there were all so hot - because they were in a bloody boyband! I could feel my fangirliness coming to me again! Aargh!

And how on earth was I meant to reply to that? Ooh, guess what, I love boybands, by the way? Absolutely NOT!

We ended up chatting about a whole host of random things and we became gradually less and less awkward. I mean, I was still going crazy inside my head because 5"10 of total beauty was standing in front of me, but I wasn't in a silent crazy fangirling obsessive mode. Well, maybe slightly, but not enough to make me do or say something stupid.

We turned another corner and it was pretty isolated. There were a few people here and there, but not crowds. We walked past a group of thuggish-looking guys and got a tad nervous. I wasn't sure if they were drunk or just a bit of their heads, but they seemed quite loud and rowdy. I could sense Stef being slightly anxious too and -

OH MY GOD.

Stef had just HELD MY HAND.

OH MY GOD.

That was IT. I could NOT leave my fantasy fangirl mode. I nearly keeled over in shock.

I wondered if he'd think me strange for not letting go but despite being in such a fangirl mode, I still managed to regain a bit of consciousness back. Clearly he wasn't letting go either, so it wasn't really me being too keen, right? Wait, was this a mutual feeling?! But was he expecting me to let go first? Or maybe I was meant to expect him to let go since he'd held my hand first? But what if it was etiquette to let go first, or was that actually rude?

Crazy thoughts rushed round my head, but it didn't matter.

He didn't let go.

And neither did I.
