ch. 04 | caught.

A s Rosie sat down with Jisoo she immediately felt uncomfortable with the stares and hushed whispers. Jisoo was explaining somethin but something caught her attention that she couldn't clearly focus. Jisoo was in the middle of explaining about the grade system when Rosie blurted out, "Have you ever felt like some sort of weird connection towards someone you haven't met before?"

Jisoo gulped down the fries she was eating and looked over to where Rosie was looking, she smirked "You got it bad, hmm?" and cocked an eyebrow.

"No," Rosie laughed, "I didn't mean it like that"

"Maybe you guys met,"Jisoo shrugged slightly, "In the past life or something, if you believe that sort of stuff" and popped another fry in her mouth.

"I'm losing my focus, I'm sorry" Rosie apologized, but deep down she really wasn't. She was weirded out deep down, and scared; with the mere fact that she really felt a strong connection with Chanyeol. Almost like a magnet, pulling her in whenever he's in the room. Maybe it was a crush, or a strong infatuation, but it was new to her. All she knew she wanted to know more about him.

"I don't blame you, lots of girls here like him. I don't really know him though so I can't help you with that" Jisoo chuckled when she saw the disappointment in Rosie's eyes.

"Help her with what?" a guy with grey fluffy hair sat beside Jisoo, along with a the girl that was also at the diner with her. Rosie smiled at them, the guy returned it with an even more cheerful smile while the girl went on to open her lunch. Jisoo pointed towards the table where Chanyeol was, eating his lunch with two of his friends.

"Oh you like em' greasy and manly" the guy with the gray hair joked.

"Dibs on the one with the loose tie," the girl said with a very sultry sound coming out with every diction

"Sorry, this is Baekhyun and Jennifer- Jen for short" Jisoo introduced. Baekhyun cutely waved at Rosie while Jennie did too but didnt even bother to look at Rosie and contined eating.

"We were talking bout Chanyeol Jen, not your eyefuck buddy" Baekhyun rolled his eyes.

"Still," Jennie took a sip of her juice, "dibs, darling"

"I swear to God, she and Kai would eye fuck each other every chance they get." Baekhyun dramatically complained, "Like you should see them during Lit, I swear."

"Hey Baek?" Jennie smiled sweetly, "shut it or go choke on someone's dick will ya'?" and batted her lashes. Baekhyun flicked her forhead and continued eating.

By the end of the day Rosie felt somewhat comfortable. Jisoo, Baekhyun and Jennie were kind enough to tour her around and give her some inside scoop. She was wary about Jennie at first but she realized that Jennie is bitchy to all her friends, she did gave Rosie some advice about school orgs and which is the fuckboys and pervy teachers of the school. Baekhyun made her laugh a lot, and Rosie soon learned he was bi, but it was already obvious. Jisoo of course was the most helpful and Rosie really felt safe with her.

Before going home, Rosie wanted to ask her English Lit teacher Mr. Dermont about the list he had given her earlier for the semester, as she turned to the hall she saw Jisoo enter his classroom as well. Rosie smiled to herself and rushed to the door to meet her but Jisoo already went inside. When she got a peek on the small window of the door, she only got a glimpse of Mr. Dermont who looked like he was teaching Jisoo something. But their bodies were too close to each other, it was weird; so is the little peppery kisses he was leaving on her neck as he pulled Jisoo down on his lap for her to straddle.

Rosie stopped herself from gasping and covered her mouth. She felt her heart beat pounding on her chest, she quickly walked away from the classroom and clashed with another body. Making her drop the books she was holding.

"Oh let me help you," Rosie looked up and saw the guy with glasses Chanyeol was eating lunch with. He smiled at her after handing her her books but Rosie was too caught up that she immediately ran out of the building. Kyungsoo furrowed his eyebrows and saw Jisoo come out of the classroom with her uniform a bit disheveled and walked the other way.Kyungsoo cleared his throat and went back to minding his own business.
