Chapter 9

I took down a doe easily as nipped its neck. I was just about to get my fill when I felt something near. no one seemed to be coming for me but I was still scared. finishing up my feeding I turned and sat by a tree. the feeling crept up my back and into my mind. I couldn't sweep the feeling away. Alice was far away by now and I was alone. something snapped and I instantly looked up. a silhouette in the tree. I held back my scream as something jumped down. then I saw him. a guy that was around my real age of 24.

"Time to die" he whispered in my ear. I stepped back shivering. "no" I whimper feeling bad. I was more in shock than I usually was and I couldn't move. "I won't" I muttered feeling a shiver going up my back.

"Yes you will" the guy said and then I knew who he was

"Eric" I whispered surprised

"You chose Cullen" he snapped in my ear and got ready to take out something. "that little girl was my sister, she kills too" he snapped at me

I noticed he was picking up something and my heart picked up pace. "please don't kill me" I whispered backing up but he had me trapped. "do you want to be taken hostage?" he asked, gripping my wrist tightly. "Edward will find me" I said instantly then remembered Edward wasn't indestructible anymore but normal

"Ah but there is where you are wrong" he snapped slapping me

he pulled me forward and I had just enough breath to yell out "Alice help!" then a price of taken was slapped onto my mouth and my wrist her conjoined together behind my back

"be quiet" he told her, pushing me onto a car. he locked my door and hopped into the front

Alice came into Veiw which was what I saw because of my high eyesight

"Bella no" she yelled reaching for the car door as it began to pull away

I should be easier at getting away but there was a problem with that. he could kill me in an instant. that instrument he had would kill me in a second. something smashed a dent on the car top and Eric had to slow his car finally it stopped and she hopped off wrenching the door open and picking me up

"lets go!" She snapped pushing me forward. still uncoordinated I fell on my hands and knees which slowed me down a little but then I raced off faster than the speed of light. then I was at the house in a matter of moments. "Edward" I yelled as I raced in. Edward came down the stairs as quickly as a human could. "Are ou okay?" He asked me

"Yes just scared" I said as I hurled myself ino his arms. I felt a rumble and roll in my stomach. a kick...

"Edward..." I whispered eyeing my husband with worry "what's wrong" Edward asked me but I couldn't find to answer. I coughed and shook my head siting down. my head was spinning. "what time is it?" I asked him. still looking worried Edward glanced at the clock "eleven"

I sighed. an hour to go. Nessie came to my side and placed herself beside me. "mom why is your stomach bigger?" She asked. great she has been noticing too. "aren't vampires perfect" she added oblivious. Jane gave me a sideways glance and I sighed. "yes but...later Nessie" I told her

Jane siged and stood up. "we'll then" she groaned eyeing her hands "if you are pregn-"

"not now Jane!" I snapped and ran off to hide. I made it to my room and slammed the door for emphasis to leave me alone. Footsteps pounded on the steps before a door opened and my perfect Edward walked in. "sorry" he whispered as he sat down beside me. he was still perfect AS a human. how unfair!
