The Confession

Ji Eun's POV

               I glanced over at Wooshin to see him doing the same. We both gave each other quick smiles before looking away. *Omo omo my heart. Calm down.* I thought as I took a deep breath. "Ok, what happened to the both you this time? First, you guys were awkward and now you guys are... Shy. So, care to share?" said Eunwoo who stopped eating. "W-what are you saying? We just smiled, that's all." I said.

              "Yeah, right. You guys are acting like lovers who just shared their first kiss." he huffed which made me freeze. "What? He really kissed you??" he said in surprise. "Ya, shhhh!" I said putting a finger on my lips. "When? Where? How? Why?" he asked quickly in a hushed voice. "C-Christmas." I said softly. "Where?" he asked. "Under the mistletoe." I said. "Ah... That classic 'Kiss under the Mistletoe' thing." he chuckled. "Well, he probably kissed me because I happened to be under a mistletoe..." I said and he chuckled. "What?" I asked. "Nothing." he said. I pouted then continued eating.

Eunwoo's POV

               "What? He really kissed you??" I asked in surprise. *Did he really?* I thought. "Ya, shhhh!" hushed Jieun. "When? Where? How? Why?" I asked quickly in a quiet voice. "C-Christmas." she said. "Where?" I asked. "Under the mistletoe." she said. *Lol.* I thought. "Ah... That classic 'Kiss under the Mistletoe' thing." I chuckled. "Well, he probably kissed me because I happened to be under a mistletoe..." she said quietly and I chuckled. *I don't think that's the only reason.* I thought. "What?" she asked. "Nothing." I said. She pouted then continued eating.

Ji Eun's POV

               School ended and Eunwoo and I were walking back home. "So, how did you feel?" Eunwoo asked quietly. "Eh? About what?" I asked in confusion. "The kiss." he stated. "Ah... Well..." I said as I thought of an answer. "Did you like it?" he asked. *Eh?? Why is he asking this?* I thought as I felt my face flush. "W-well, I..." my voice trailed, unsure of how to answer. "I don't really know what to say but... My heart was racing." I said. "Your heart raced... Well then." he spoke softly. *Eh?* I thought as my eyes widened.

               After he said that, Eunwoo pulled me towards him and placed his lips gently on mine. *EH?* I thought still surprised from his actions. After a few seconds, he broke the kiss. "So tell me... How did you feel just now?" he asked softly looking straight into my eyes. "W-well, I erm..." I trailed off still surprised from the sudden kiss. "Did you feel the same way when he kissed you?" he asked. *Did I feel the same way...?* I thought. "No..." I answered. "Did your heart race?" he asked. "N-no..." I answered looking down. He sighed then moved away from me.

               "Well, I guess you have your answer then." he said. I looked up to see him looking at me. "What do mean?" I asked in confusion. "The answer to your feelings for him." he replied. "You mean I...?" I said. "You shouldn't deny your feelings you know." he said with a soft smile. "Then did you kiss me because of that...?" I asked. Eunwoo chuckled then leaned forward. 

               "A guy doesn't just kiss any random girl ya know." he smiled. *Oh, that means...* I thought as my eyes widened a little. "Mianhae, Eunwoo ah geurigo... Gomawo." I said with a smile as I gave him a hug. "Gwenchana..." he said softly as he hugged back.
