"So it's in there?" Dana peered into the darkness of the cave, as if some magical wall of light would appear out of nowhere if she squinted hard enough.

Alex knew the barrier was a ways away from the cave entrance, so he gently pushed her further. He needed to be extra gentle if he doesn't want to shove his sister to the floor with his considerable strength.

"Yes, the barrier is inside." And because he can't resist asking again, "Are you sure you want to see the barrier?"

Dana rolled her eyes and started walking. "Relax, I'm not gonna go inside it, I'm just taking a look. You warned me enough times that humans can't leave again once they enter."

And if she does enter, he thought, he can just kill a boss monster no problem. Dana won't be happy with him, but at least she won't be trapped in a place full of monsters that want her soul.

Toriel is a no go and is too far, so Asgore will have to do. Maybe he can spin it to Dana in a way that makes it look like it's justice for the humans the King killed. Hmm...

"You are not killing anyone Alex! I can practically hear your murderous thoughts from here!" His sister said over her shoulder, making him blink away from his thoughts of homicide. "And I'm sure that if I do get trapped, we can find another solution. One without bloodshed. Or dust."

Alex's scowl deepened, but he said nothing as he followed his sister.

"What?"

"What if Alex Mercer gets trapped in an Innortal-style time loop?"

"...oh god."

"Imagine, Alex becomes bored and restless like all experienced loopers."

"Oh god..."

"Imagine the superpowers he gains from fused loops."

"Oh god."

"Imagine how fucked his home loops will be."

"They will be fucked really badly."

"Imagine the funny situations he can either cause or experience."

"...Of course, it's innortal-style after all!"

Percy growled at the girl when she tried to approach him. He will not have someone ride him like he's some kind of-of common animal. While he is a dragon now, he also used to be human. He had his pride.

But Percy knew that Valka's son had no ride of his own due to Toothless being captured, so he sniffed and went to the boy. Giving him a look that said how he's doing this grudgingly and this will not be happening again, he lowered his head so it will be within reach of the human.

Hiccup's face, which had dropped at his aggressiveness to Astrid, brightened considerably as he slowly reached out to put his hand on the Wingsnake's snout.
