Date Night

Ruby's POV

Sapphire asked me on a date, oh this is amazing.

What should I wear
Where should we go
What should we do
What dose she like
I only know her favorite snack

I flopped on my bed "I'm so helpless" I sighed and hopped up walking to my big fricken walk in closet. I could wear a tux, Sapphire's likes dresses so I could do the opposite, the the thought finally hit me

What if we are going to McDonald's or something and I show up in a tux.....

I beat my head on the door frame "why is this so difficult", wait me just ask what we'd be doing. I mentally punched myself for being so dumb and not thinking of this earlier. I asked her and she said she didn't have a lot of money so she said we couldn't do much. Well jokes on her I have loads of money and I'd gladly throw it away for her, I smiled and went and got dressed and waited on Sapphire so I sat on the couch playing on my phone.
I didn't wear anything special,

I sat there for at least ten minutes planning out what I should take her to do, because there's no way I'm letting her pay for anything on this date. I glanced up when I saw movement in the corner of my eyes, Sapphire walked down and, we where matching.

She looked so good, I smiled to her, "you look great" she giggled "so do you Ruby". I took her hand and began walking to my garage "you like bikes" she nodded slightly.

We left and went out to eat, we where having a great time but I felt like I was being watched wherever we went.

Trisha's POV

There on a date.....SERIOUSLY
She just doesn't understand Ruby is mine, I remember the day I first saw her.

Flash Back

I was ten at the time, I was in the park and there where these boys who always messed with me.
They shoved me to the ground and began kicking me for not giving up my ice-cream, they laughed at me, no one ever helped. Then I heard something hit the ground, I think they where fighting. I opened my eyes to see all the it's on the ground crying and holding there stomaches. A small girl walked up to me and helped me up "are you okay" she asked, I slowly nodded, she noticed my spilt ice-cream and took me to get another. She was so kind to me over that hour I learned she was five, favorite color red, she likes spicy food, video games, and she has no friends. She was like me. I was going to ask her to be my friend but she had waved bye and ran off with her parents who seemed nice. I never got her her  name, throughout that whole hour I never got her name....

_____Days Past____
I watched her...her every move, I knew when she was awake, sleep, eating, sad, mad, happy.....I knew everything about her. But one day on her birthday she was playing with her new gifts in her room, I sent so many. Her parents thought it was from family, so she kept them. While she was in her room. These crazy people broke in the house they began to kill her parents, I had called the cops and they arrived before they could hurt Ruby. She barricaded the door and kept crying for her parents who where dead, it broke my heart to see her like that. It took the cops four days to even get the door opened and and extra two days to find her and get her to come out. The drunk people framed Ruby's dead parents as the ones who broke in, Ruby was scared and a child no one would listen to her when she screamed and ran from them. The cops are fools, those drunk sickos ruined her life. I left gifts on her window that made her smile and one day I found a letter, it was inheritance for Ruby. Apparently her biological parents where rich and famous, but no one has ever seen the daughter before. I wrote a letter to Ruby explaining about the money and that she can't tell her fake parents. She listened so we'll and hid it from them. I watched her for years in the shadows and then when her fake dad brought me to the house I was so happy to see her, she didn't know I was there for her all her life. We would've been perfect together.

It could've just been us but now she's being taken from me....

....But I won't let that happen
