Splendor Man's Point of View:
As I walked through the living room and passed by the flat screen television where Ben, Jeff and Sally sat playing a game of Fortnite I was viciously attacked by what seemed like a catapult of pillows and engulfed in a big hug from non other than Sally, my favorite child of them all. Playfully returning the hug and scooping the little girl up in my long, slender arms. "Well hiya Splendy, where ya off to this early in the morning?" Sally chirped gleefully, while both Ben and Jeff leaped up from their seats in an attempt at seeing around our bodies "AARRRGH, SPLENDOR! Get outta the wa-" the boys apologised rather quickly with me sending them a death glare.
"Mission from Slendy. He's ordered me to retrieve a trespasser, and bring them back to the mansion" I quickly replied, trying to sound as happy as possible to prevent her from asking to many questions "Oh, Splendor! I just hope it's another child, and that he spares it! I'd love to have another friend to play with and I bet Benny and Jeffy would to. Isn't that right guys?" Sally giggled and looked back at her friends "Yea Salamander, of course" That nickname.
"Well, you guys go back to playing now, and Jeffrey, Be nice"
"You are such a delight."
I love being able to read people's minds...
With putting Sally down and patting Smile Dogs head as I walked out the door and began my painfully slow journey through the woods to bring back the child. Hopefully he doesn't ask of me to harm it.
As I neared the clearing where I sensed the small child's presence I slowly began to feel the child's true emotions, and I could tell how she was feeling. I could feel her sadness, and anger.
Why did I have to be an empath...
Minutes of stepping over several trees and broken piles of rubble I could clearly see her, and feel her emotions grow stronger and unsteady. I just wanted to help her feel better.
Sitting by the pond side on a smooth surfaced rock was a sweet little girl with the most stunning shade of (H/C) hair I've ever seen, and I could tell just by seeing her and from this distance she was a chosen one, and full of true potential. She just needed a push, to unlock it. As I stood and watched from afar, several questions came pouring into my mind and flowed down into my brain like the cool summers rain on a hot evening and I became worried, my being full of to the brim with dread.
Why is she here, and how could this have happened? Where are her parents?
...Why is she...all alone?
It was at this point I realized I couldn't have this little thing be hurt by my brother, OR anything else. I wouldn't let any harm come to her. I loved her, as is she were my every own child.
Thinking this, I knew there was very little I could do at the moment to save the little thing and I also knew I couldn't just run away, Slender would track me down without a doubt have us skinned, the both of us. Suddenly, I had a wonderful idea. This way neither of us will lose our lives.
I set off to approach the girl.
I stood behind her for a brief moment while she looked forward at the pond. So quite. I was just about to reach out and grasp her shoulder when she opened up her delicate lips and began singing the most beautiful tune I've ever heard. I decided I'd wait, just incase I startled her. I didn't want her to fear me.

"I think that may have been the most beautiful, jaw dropping melody I have ever heard! So wonderful, Bravo! Bravo!" I squealed with delight and excitement, slapping my hands together fasten than the pace of a hummingbirds wings.
The girl spun around, looking up apun my pale face with gorgeous (E/C) eyes the size of saucers. Gasping and clasped my long fingertips over my lips, I realized what I'd just done and went silent for the girls reaction. I wasted for what seemed like ages and stared into her pretty eyes, having her tilt her head to the side with curiosity.
"Thank you Mr! I'm glad you liked my voice! I almost forgot the words a few times, but I didn't this time, aren't you proud?" When she spoke I could tell the poor thing was obviously deprived of attention and it worried me. Maybe this would be my chance to gain her trust and being her back to the mansion. "Why, of course I'm proud of you, you sang so wonderfully! So beautifully! Actually, I'm quite surprised the birds of this forest didn't land on you and try to carry you away" I added the Disney joke to make her giggle and it worked, she smiled up at me and engulfed me in a hug of iron grip. A hug I can say I've never felt before. A hug I'm lucky to have held even once in my life.
I stared in awe and slowly knelt down on the ground in front of her, after gently returning her to the soft green grass covered ground below. "Y... Your really not afraid of me?" She simply cocked her left eyebrow and smirked up at me before replying, "Should I be? You don't seem like a bad guy, you don't even look it. You look more like one of my dollies if anything." I smiled at this. "Little girl, would you like to come with me back to my home for some cookies and milk later on?" As much of a lie this may seem, I was telling the truth. I would be taking her back to my family's mansion and we will be having cookies and milk, maybe even some hot cocoa. I just had to convince Slender to spare her, and then I'd keep her all to myself.
I'll be the best father any child ever had, and NOBODY will come between us.
(I must say, I certainly can't decide which chapter yet is my favorite 😂 Great song! I just love it)
