Halloween - ToriMatt

Heyyyyy! So, I'm back to writing about TordMatt stuff! Well, in this case, Tori X Matt. I feel like this part of TordMatt is underrated, so I might write a lot for it. Btw, this is kind of a halloween special? So, ye! I'll get to your requests soon! Sorry for the wait!

Future note: The ToriMatt happens more around the end, and this is a really long oneshot '^^. I'm tired.

3rd Person PoV:

Tori sighed, slouching further into her and her roommates' couch. She'd been flicking through random shows on the TV for hours and hours on end, but alas, nothing adventurous came to mind. She eventually stopped searching for anything interesting to watch, and instead resorted to getting lost in her endless void of thoughts. She'd usually just ignore her thoughts, finding that they didn't serve her any good, but on this day she had a purpose for using it.

'Man, it kinda feels like I'm forgetting something...' She thought suddenly, making her jolt into a straighter seating position. She hoped that the thought would lead her to the path of thrills that she'd been waiting for. She frowned, trying to figure the thought out. 'Damn, what is it? I feel like it's actually really important...' She hummed, starting to get a bit frustrated.

She stayed focused for a long while, so focused that she didn't notice her brunette roommate standing in front of her. Tori flinched when Ell waved a hand in front of her face, chuckling a bit. "What's on your mind, Tori? Are you thinking about boys again?" Ell teased, knowing that Tori was very fond of males, sometimes more than she was fond of females. Of course, she could never like a handsome guy more than she loves her friends. Well, of course, the love she has for males is a lot different than the one she has for Ell, Matilda, and Tamara. Scratch that, she dislikes Tamara quite a bit. Tori's face reddened as she huffed and shook her head, making her hair bounce a bit.

"I wasn't thinking of boys, Ell! I was thinking about... wait... what was I thinking about?" Tori tried to remember, but it was too late. The thought had already dissolved, leaving her to ponder what she'd come by. "Ah, dangit. You distracted me." Tori whined, making Ell laugh yet again. "Maybe you were thinking about what costume you're gonna buy for Halloween?" Ell suggested, Tori gasping dramatically as it clicked. "Oh! That's what I was trying to remember! Oh my god, thank you so much!" Tori swiftly stood from her seat, a bright grin on her face. "You're welcome, I guess. But, where are you going?" Ell replied, shoving her hands into her hoodie's front pocket. "Well, I'm gonna go see what I should wear!" Tori responded, already walking away without waiting for Ell to say anything. Though, her wrist was gently grabbed by the Cola-addict herself.

"Wait, Tamara, Matilda, and I don't have costumes either!" Ell retorted, earning a careless shrug from Tori. "I never said that you guys couldn't come. Go get ready, and ask the others if they want to go. I'll wait in the kitchen or something." Tori decided. "Alright! I'll be quick, don't worry!" With that, Ell ran off to Matilda's and Tamara's rooms. Tori boredly wandered off into the kitchen, rummaging through the fridge for an item of interest. 'No bacon, no chocolate, just alcohol, Cola, and some of Matilda's granola bars.' Tori thought to herself, reaching into the fridge for Matilda's snacks.

'Ugh, why does she even eat these again? Trying to stay fit or something?' She closed the fridge's door, impatiently tearing the wrapper off of the granola bar. 'Whatever, it'll do. It has little pieces of chocolate stuck in it anyway.' Tori started eating the granola bar, but wasn't satisfied by the lack of sugar. Once she finished it, she crumpled the wrapper in her hands and threw it away. Matilda would obviously notice, but she'd just shift the blame onto Tamara. Tori went to the front door, finding that the other girls were finally finished getting ready. Tamara groaned and crossed her arms once she saw Tori.
