"Fate huh?" I smirk as Hugo sits down beside me. He grins.

"Coincidence huh?" He mocks me.

"I'll show you." I challenge him.

"Or I'll show you." He challenges me in response.

"May the best win." I declare sticking my hand towards him.

"Aka me." He smirks while shaking my hand.

I place my head in my hands as soon as I sit down.

"You look pretty bored." Hugo notes as he slides into the seat next to me.

"It's not my fault English is so boring." I grumble from my hands.

"I thought you would've liked English, since you write on Wattpad." He points out.

"Yeah, I like creative writing, but what's the point of unfamiliar text?" I rant.

"Okay, that is something I completely agree with you on." Hugo says nodding.

"Quiet class." Our English teacher yells walking into the classroom. "Alright, today we will be learning about the use of coincidence in writing." He says turning to write something of the board.

I perk up a bit and turn to face Hugo; who looks horrified.

"Now a coincidence is a striking occurrence of two or more event at one time by chance." Our teacher begins to drone.

"What?" Hugo whispers to me. "How did you do this?"

I snigger. "I didn't do anything Hugo." I whisper back.

"It's just a coincidence."

"A really nice coincidence."
