Letter Twenty- Nine

Leah, 

At first, I wasn't planning on writing to you or showing up at your door unexpectedly, but I couldn't just not tell you my side of things. So here it goes...

I don't care what anyone tries to tell me or convince me of, I know that I'm completely and fully falling for you...hard. The moment I was shown a picture of you, I knew that I had to get in contact with you because you were the one for me. Spending time with you just made me confirm my feelings for you. You are honestly the only girl I want to be with and see myself with in the future. I could lose everything I have right at this very second, yet I'd be happy as can be if I had you by my side. 

Writing these words is hard for me, and as I reread them, I keep thinking that no matter what I say will change your mind. I couldn't just not tell you how I felt and still feel before giving up on us. I really hope you take my words to heart though and try to reconsider. If the spot light is what keeps you from wanting to be with me, then fine, I will do everything I can to make sure you feel comfortable when we go out in public. Just please come back to me. You are my everything, and I need you.

I sealed up the letter, making sure that each and every word I wrote stays where they need to, and took a deep breath before I slid the letter underneath Leah's door to her flat. That time I didn't want to have it mailed, instead I wanted to do it myself. It was important that I ensured it got to her because it could be the last chance I had to convince her to see how I felt, and we should be together. I could feel my heart breaking at the thought of her reading the letter and not even caring, but the only thing I could then was walk away and just hope her feelings were the same as mine.
