Jack: I uh...I had fun yesterday
Finn: Yeah me too!
Jack: So...my parents are out of town next weekend and they don't want me to be alone all weekend, so they told me I could ask someone to stay over at our house
So...uh...do you wanna come over next weekend?
Finn: Of course!
Lemme ask my parents, brb
Jack: Okay!
Finn: They said yes!
Jack: Okay, nice!
Finn: I'm looking forward to it Jack..(:
Jack: Me too bubba!
Well I'll see you on Thursday when we begin shooting the movie
Finn: Yeah!

I put my phone away and rested my head against the wall. I was nervous already. This would be the first time hanging out with Jack without the others. I looked at the clock. It was almost lunch time. I grabbed my phone again and started typing.

Finn: Hey Mills
Millie: hii handsome
Wassup?
Finn: hungry ):
Wanna go get some food in a bit?
Millie: Well, I'd love to but I promised Sadie I'd go with her...
Finn: oh..that's okay
Millie: I'm sorry baby ):
Finn: No no it's okay really
Millie: You sure? I mean I could cancel my plans with Sadie if you want to..?
Finn: No no no no no spending time with your girlfriend is way more important than I am Mills
I'll be fine really
Millie: can't you and Jack go together?
Finn: Well he does live kinda far
Millie: ah I see. How are you lovebirds doing anyways?
Finn: A lot has happened since the last time I told you guys about him, but that's a too long story to type lol I'm lazy
Millie: well ya better tell me soon
Finn: i will don't you worry
Millie: sorry love I got to go now
My perfect girlfriend just arrived <3
Finn: awww cuteness overload

'Finn, you lazy ass bitch get yo ass down here it's your turn to do the dishes.' I heard my brother yell. I sighed, as I put my phone in my pocket and walked downstairs. My brother passed me with a smirk on his face. I playfully stuck my tongue out and he laughed at me. I opened the tab and I waited patiently until the sink would fill up. I couldn't help but overhear my parents' conversation.
'Lower your voice! You don't want the kids to hear us.' 'I wouldn't have to lower my voice if you didn't make me so mad!' 'Then tell me, what is it that makes you so mad at me?! Am I not good enough for you?' 'Don't talk such bullshit!' 'You haven't shown any love or affection whatsoever for the past couple of months now.' 'Well it isn't as if you tried your best so much either.' 'I don't want to keep on pretending.' 'What are you saying?! That you want to divorce?' 'Maybe, yeah. Maybe I fucking am!' 'Oh, so that's it. All this fucking time all you wanted to do is get a fucking divorce. Don't you love me anymore?!' 'I'm not saying that!' 'Then, what are you saying!?' 'I'm just saying..Maybe we are better of without each other.' 'What do we do with the kids?! You can't just leave me like that!' 'I'm sorry but I most certainly think I can. I am a woman of my own and I don't need your permission.' 'What?! So now you are just gonna walk away?!' 'Yes, I am.'
I heard the front door shut with a loud bang. My mind couldn't progress anything that had happened. Are my parents getting a divorce?! I wiped away my tears and carefully looked around the corner to see my dad, red from anger. 'This fucking bitch.' I heard my father say. I couldn't believe my own father called my mother a bitch. I couldn't take it anymore. I walked upstairs and into my parents room. I searched through the drawers, until I found an envelope with money. I put the money in my pocket and quietly walked downstairs. I walked outside and softly shut the backdoor behind me. It started to rain, as I grabbed my scooter. I was in for a long ride.

I drove my scooter into the now familiar neighbourhood. In the mean time it had become dark outside, and the rain had stopped. I parked my scooter and grabbed my phone.

Finn: Hey...Jack are you there?
Jack: Yeah, what's up?
Finn: What would you do if I..uh..if I was in front of your house? Like...right now?
Jack: Wait...
Are you like...serious?
Finn: Uh...

I froze. I didn't know what to do or say. I felt like I was so stupid. Just as I wanted to turn around, I heard Jack's front door open. 'Finn?' Jack said. I looked up at him, with tears in my eyes. He quickly walked towards me and pulled me into a hug. I broke down in tears once more, as I held onto him tight and rested my head on his shoulder. I think we stood there for a good 2 minutes, before we slowly pulled away. Jack's shirt was damp because of my tears. 'Finn, what's wrong?' He asked worried. I sobbed, and tried to speak, but tears kept on falling. 'It's okay, bubba. You don't have to speak right now. You are soaked! Come in, I'll get you some dry clothes.' Jack said, as he grabbed my hand. 'W...won't your....p...parents mind?' I asked. 'Of course not! Come on bubba, let's get you inside and warm you up.' Jack said, as he gave my hand a little squeeze, before we walked inside. He dragged me into the kitchen, where his mother sat at the table. 'Who was that at the door, Jacky?' The lady asked, without looking up from her magazine. 'Mom...' Jack started. 'Yes, dear?' She asked, now putting her magazine away. She looked at me, and I looked at the floor. 'Oh, my. What's going on? What happened? Who is that?' She asked worried. 'This is Finn. He drove over here on his scooter. I found him all soaked and crying in our garden. I don't know what's wrong yet.' Jack said, while he rubbed his thumb in circles on the palm of my hand. 'Is it okay if he stays here the night? It's really dark outside and it's a long drive and' 'Of course he can stay here. He can stay as long as he'd like.' His mother interrupted. 'Thank you thank you thank you!' Jack said, as he walked up to his mother and gave her a kiss. I smiled through my tears. Jack is most precious little bean I had ever met. 'How about we do this; Jack you show Finn the bathroom and give him some clean clothes so he can take a shower, then I will hang his clothes out so they can dry.' Jack's mother said. I shot Jack's mother a grateful look. 'Thank you, mrs. Grazer.' I said. She nodded with a smile on her face. Jack waved his hand as a sign I had to follow him. I followed him upstairs. 'So, here's the bathroom. Towels are in the drawers under the sink. When you're...uhm...like undressed...Just throw your clothes on the hall floor, then I'll give them to my mother so she can hang them out.' Jack said. 'O...Okay.' I said, blushing nervously. I walked into the bathroom and got undressed. I grabbed a towel and put it around my body. I opened the door a little bit, and pushed my clothes through it on the floor. I heard Jack pick them up and walk downstairs, and I locked the door. I opened the shower tabs and stepped inside. What am I going to tell Jack and his mother?
