Katniss POV
After saying bye to everyone else I start walking towards my dad I see him standing with a couple of other man. Once I get close enough my dad grabs my waist.
"Gentlemen this is my only daughter Katniss Everdeen"my dad says
"Pleasure to meet you" I say and shake their hands
"You too Haymich always talks about you and how proud he is of you"one says "by the way I am Derek Lawson"
"Oh well thank you Mr.Lawson I didn't know how much my dad talk about me" I'm say
"Oh he does a lot more than you think" another one says " I am Dylan Martinez"
"He does your and you're brothers are his favorite subject he never stops bragging about you'll I am Ethan McCoy" the other one says.
"Okay princess lets go it's time for the public announcement" my dad says
"Well it was a pleasure meeting you Mr.Lawson Mr.martinez and Mr.McCoy" is say and shake their hands again me and dad start walking to the center of the studio
"Wait which public announcement?" I ask
Before he answers me he starts talking" If I could have everyone's attention" and everyone joins us.
"For those of you that don't know my daughter Katniss is going to be working with us in this movie. As you know she just moved her from New York so I would seriously appreciate that you try to make her feel welcome"he says "and for the record I have seen the way you'll look at her so I am going to give you'll something she is single" he whispers that last part and I just stand there like did he really just say that but he did and I still can't believe it "that's a wrap up for today we start shooting on Monday know everyone can go" he continues and everyone nods and go their separate ways. Dad and I walk to the spot where we have our things
