Chapter 34

//Katniss POV//

"You know you don't have to come right?" I tell Peeta as I wait for my cab.

"Yes, I know but I want to" he kisses my cheeks. "And besides I want to see the place that makes you happy" 

I sight, he is so adorable sometimes. 

"Fine, I'm singing at 5:15 but my class starts at 4:45, I'll send you the room number later and if you have something to do and can't come it's okay " I kiss him goodbye because my taxi just arrived. 

"Bye babe I love you" I say 

"I love you too" he kisses me one last time before I get on the cab  and that cab drives me to Oxford. 

When I get there it's about 12. I head to the dorm I share with Perrie. 

"Pez I'm here" I probably woke her up but who cares. 

"KATNISS LYNETTE EVERDEEN ITS 12 am WHAT?" She screams 

"Wow calm down, I was just telling you I'm home gosh" I say 

"Sorry I don't do well with waking up" she yawns and sits on her bed. 

"Well you can go back to sleep" I say 

"Did you fight with Kendall? he was so pissed today"She asks 

"We didn't fight, I just told him I was gonna spend time with Peeta and that I didn't want to rehearse" I say as I lay on my bed.

"He was really pissed, he said that you're ignoring him" she says 

"I don't know why he is pissed, when he had a girlfriend he totally ignored me and I was fine with that, I understand that he can't be with me 24/7, why can't he?" I sight as I close my eyes and prepare for sleep

"As your best friend, I suggest you talk to him and try to find a balance, when is time with Peeta, when is time with Kendall, when is time with Perrie and so on" she says sleepily 

"We can finish this conversation later I'm tired" she mumbles a yes and then we both fall asleep.

Later that day. I'm heading towards my music class. 

We get there and we sit down, a bunch of people present their duets and at the same time they act a representation of what the song is about. We are in a massive auditorium right now. Peeta sends me a text saying he is in the building, I send him directions of how to get to the auditorium.

"Katniss, Kendall your next" the teacher says. I stand up and so does Kendall, we get our microphones. Julian another guy in my music class comes over and takes my hand, he is going to play my 'boyfriend' in the representation.
