A bright moon, speckled stars, and a navy blue sky. That's where she was.

Short blonde hair flew in the wind, the girl pushed a piece behind her hair and balanced her arms out to her side. She hugged her slender body close and shivered in the wind. You took cautious steps toward her, just for your eyes to widen to see her leaning forward. Before you knew it, your mouth was open to shout.

"Please wait!"

She quickly turned around, her beautiful eyes met yours. She lost her footing and started to slip, you reached out and grabbed her hand, pulling her back. The two of you landed on the ground with a thud, you were out of breath from all the shock in the past fifteen seconds.

"Who are you..?" She asked you.

"More importantly, what were you doing?! W-why?"

She opened her mouth multiple times.

"They won't... They won't leave me be. I don't understand what I did to them..." She said, quivering.

You took your yellow cardigan and wrapped it around her shaking body. She started to shake as tears fell from her eyes, she sobbed and kept asking you why, why you stopped her and whatnot. You ran a hand through her soft locks and waited patiently for her to regain herself.

"My name is Y/N... and you..?"

She waited a second to respond.

"Natalie..." She mumbled.

You hummed and smiled at her.

"Natalie, huh? I like your name, it's cute." You giggled.

"Natalie... this is the third time already..get down from there already, it's dangerous." You called out to her.

She was sitting on the ledge, with her legs swinging. She breathed in the fresh air and looked around as if she didn't have a single care in the world. Her face lit up as she ran over to you.

"Y/N!"

"Someone's excited?" You giggled.

She dragged you over to the bench and sat you down.

"I'm so lost right now.." You said.

She smiled and hushed you before you could continue. She turned your body around, and started playing in your hair.

"What are you doing..?" You giggled.

She parted your hair into two, and started braiding carefully.

After she finished, she showed you a mirror.

"I look so stupid right now.."

She flicked your forehead, and showed off her pearly whites.

"No you don't, you look adorable." She said, puffing out her cheeks angrily.

You kissed her on the cheek, her face flushed red and she mumbled incomprehensibly.

"You're so cute.." You whispered.

She turned even more red. And softly pecked your lips, this time taking you by surprise. Now it was your turn to be bashful.

"Right back at you."

She continued to play in your hair, you rested your head in her lap and stared up at the sky, reaching up to the clouds.
