If only you could see what I see through my eyes.
You subdue all of the madness, insanity that I hide within me.
If only I was certain, but I still don't know why,
Why I'm so hooked on you, and only you?
The thought of you travels endlessly in my mind.
More so at night when I'm the only company I have of mine.
If only you could feel what I am feeling in my soul now.
You flip and turn my world upside down, inside out.
If only I was positive, but I still don't know how,
How I'm so latched on you, and only you?
The thought of you races tirelessly in my mind.
More so at night when all I have is time.
If only you could hear what I hear when you speak.
You may despise your voice, but to me, it's the sweetest sound.
If only I was convinced, but I still don't know what it could be,
What it could be that is drawing me to you, and only you?
The thought of you paces infinitely in my mind.
More so at night when all the stars shine.
If only you could smell the rose-smelling aroma that I can.
With one stride pass me, you completely take my breath away.
If only I was definite, but I still don't know when,
When I'll stop being obsessed with you, and only you?
The thought of you persist constantly in my mind.
More so at night when loneliness is my concubine.
If only I could taste the way I have dreamt about.
Then, I would be infatuated with you forever.
If only all this was real,
If only I was confident, but I still don't know who,
Who you are?
Or who you want to be?
Or who you will be?
But still, reluctantly,
The thought of you surpasses all in my mind.
More so at night until I wake.
Realizing everything about you is fake.
