As she creeps and stares in awe, the moon shines above.

The darken trees with glistening streams that run steady.

Reflection of the sky is what a creature loves.

With tight grip of the stable black Earth, she is ready.


The breeze is faster while the flames in the sky glow.

Eyes form tears from the beauty of the air that breathes.

Up the hill where the nightfall remains too far below.

Here, heavy heart remains but never will it leave.


As she creeps and stares in awe, still so full this beauty is.

So silent but peace screams mightily within.

With closed eyes, looking up as she sends her kiss

To her home for she leaves when her great light is gone again.
