Austin: because yeah, a show that's main setting is quite literally hell is offensive to people.
And seriously though, there were people on twitter who seemed to have been real stupid to think that Angel Dust was the only gay character and the way he was presented in the show was a poor representation. I have two things to that.
1. Angel Dust is a misogynistic porn star and a bit of a drugy. The fuck were you expecting.
2. Angel Dust is not the only gay character. Even before the pilot was released, it was stated that Charlie and Vaggie were in an intimate relationship and they act like your average couple.
