Ice cold

A girl, in her teenage years, is playing on a swing and gladly staring at some kids playing hide and seek. Some are running and chasing each other. She's giggling while watching them. Busy kicking the ground to make her swings harder. Then giggles again.

Then her gaze averted to one girl, who looks like the same age as her, sitting on the other part of the playground. Another swing. She noticed that the girl is serious and alone. She smiled and about to walk to her when two guys approached the girl. She stopped but watches.

Then the girl started talking. She can clearly see the girl's expressions on her face. And she guessed that the girl looks pissed while glaring to the two boys. She just giggled at her expressions.

The girl then stood up and walked with the boys, still with the same expressions. Mad and cold.

"Taeyeon-ah!"

She stood up excitedly.

"Ne, unnie?" she replied while smiling and ran towards the older.

"It's time.. we have to go." The lady replied. Taeyeon nodded and clings to the older.

Upon arriving to the camp, Taeyeon and her older sister immediately approached a guy. Tall, a fine and well-physique guy, and handsome, of course. He's the leader of the camp site. He helps the other kinds, all kinds, to gain, control and manipulate their powers and cores. He train them with his people.

"So, this is Taeyeon?" The guy said as he gazed to the older girl. The girl then nodded.

"Waah! You're a grown up young beautiful lady now, Taeyeon-ssi."

Taeyeon giggles. The guy chuckled.

"By the way, come here. I want you to meet someone. She just arrived here too right before you came." The guy uttered gladly as they walk and smiled to them.

Taeyeon and her sister followed the guy. She got a glimpsed of two boys' back and in front of them is another person, sitting. She can't see the face of the girl because the boys are blocking her.

"Leader-nim.." the boys then bowed to him. The guy just patted their shoulders and shakes his head while giggling.

"I told you, I don't wanna be here!"

They heard a girl ranting. Taeyeon's eyes got wide when she heard it. She then tilted her head to the side and saw the girl. She giggles when she remembered her. In the playground.

"Jessica, I want you to meet Taeyeon. She'll be training with you until both of you are ready." The guy said.

Taeyeon stretches her hand and smiled at Jessica.

"Tch!"

Jessica just glared at her and averted her gaze away from the girl. Taeyeon just smiled and just gave her a thumbs up before withdrawing her hand.

"I don't wanna be here! Why are we here!? Haish!" Jessica is still mad.

"Because you can't control it yet. You know you have to do this." One of the boys said.

Jessica stood up in annoyance.

"Of course I can! And even if I can't, I could learn it on my own!" Jessica blurted out.

"No, you can't. Just do the basics, Sica. The Elite is too busy to help!" the other boy said.

"I'll do the basics and I'm done here!"
