Got scared

Yuju runs faster as she hears the two girls whimpered. Sinb's clenching her stomach and feels pain all over her body and Yerin, still clenching her head and crying. Mark's core really got her that eventhough the core's already gone, she still can picture clearly what she saw.

The rain started to pour down. Two hours of running, Yuju reached the town that's below the castle. But she  cannot run through it with her full form that's why she goes to the other shortcut. She can feel her wife and Sinb's hearts throbbing so fast and loud. Both breathes heavily.

She can't believe that Jackson could actually hurt Sinb using his core. Like, what happened to her nullification? Is Jackson really that strong? If he is, Yuju has never been this scared her whole life.

Again, the thought of the Haven, her mother, the girls.. her wife. All of them. It worries her in a different level right now. Her tears started to fall.

She reached the gates. It immediately opens and she runs inside, ignoring the men in cloaks.

The other three girls immediately met her.

"They got them real bad.." Yuju voiced out while crying.

Umji immediately grabs Sinb. Sowon and Eunha helps them. Yuju transformed back to her human form. The two are in really bad state. Sinb falls on Umji's arms, crying and still fighting the pain. Yuju immediately helps Yerin.

The older stopped and caressed Yuju's cheeks while crying. She kissed her and hugged her tight.

"I-I can't l-lose you, Y-Yuna." Yerin cries.

"I-I can't." the hug tightens.

Yuju looks at her anxiously and then hugs her again. Her tears fall continuously also seeing Yerin in this state. She looks vulnerable and weak. The girls immediately goes to where Heechul is and Jiwoo met them.

"S-Sinb-yah.. can you hear me?" Sowon looks at Sinb as she laid her on the bed.

"Eunbi-yah.. why did you do it? Huh? Look at you.." Umji cries.

"Unnie, what happened?" Umji turns to Yuju.

Yuju is busy with Yerin and helps her lay on the bed too. The people in the Elite helps them and make some cure for the pain.

"Unnie!" Umji yelled.

"They got them really bad.. I couldn't do anything. I... I... I'm really sorry, Umji-yah.." Yuju cries while looking at them.

"Calm down first, Yuju." Eunha utters.

"Here. Drink this. It will help you calm down." Sowon utters and gives Yuju something to drink made by their healers.

Yuju reached for the drink with shaky hands. They can heard her gulps and when she finished, her gray eyes flashed and she took a deep breath and looks at the cup. Blood with some liquid herbs in it. Of course it's the Elite.

The moment Yerin and Sinb are resting, sleeping on the beds including Heechul, Eunha approaches Yuju.

"Tell us what happened." Eunha utters as she held Yuju's clasped hands.

"Jackson and his gang really got us. But they took the most. Jackson got his core through Sinb's nullification. I don't know why and how."

"What?!" Umji retorted and turns to Yuju furiously.

"How did this happened?! You! How could you let this happened?! You're the strongest and fastest among us! How could you just let this thing happened?!"

"Umji, relax! It's no one's fault!" Eunha scowled in low voice.

"No one's fault?! How come that they are the only ones in bad state and she is not?!" Umji yelled when she turned to Eunha. The olders gasped.
