I rumged through the boxes and crates that stood in front of me.
"We're going to need a lot of ammo for this." I muttered.
"Hey General, can you tell me why you called me here?" I grabbed a crate and lugged it into the General Store.
"Preston, I explained it to you when I radioed Sanctuary."
"Sorry ma'am but there was a lot of static on your end, not to mention you were talking pretty fast." Preston followed me nodding his head as he talked.
"So I'm guessing you didn't gather the troops I needed?" I stuffed a pack .45 bullets in my sack. "You don't have to answer that." I rubbed my temple and walked out of the store. "Hey everybody come out for a second, we're going to go over the battle plan again." I yelled, after a few seconds everyone appeared from different corners of the town.
"Hey Piper, can you pass me a paper and some pens to." I reach out my hand.
"Uhh, Sure blue." She said handed me a clipboard with a pen and some crumpled paper. I stood to the side sketching a rough draft of the situation on the parchment.

"Ok here's the plan everyone listen up!" I said pointing to the paper in my hand showing my sketch of the site.
"Wow i didn't realize you drew that bad." Maccready said smearking slighly.
"I'd like to see you do better." I replied alitte irritated.
"Nah, it more fun to see you try." Chuckling a bit.
"Ugh, anyway Mac & cheesy." i said sticking out my tongue.
"Your being such a chil-"
"You and Curie are going to to hide inside of a control center for all the Machinery in Thicket excavations." I continued ignoring Maccready. "There could be some readers there so I suggest being cautious." I said writing there names but writing Maccready's as Macgreedy to make him mad.
"Good idea ma'dam, we do not want to risk casualties." Curie smiled
"Hey, that's not how you sp-."
"Hancock, Strong you two will camp out in the control center across from them. When the fight breaks out I want you two to work your way up into the higher parts of Thicket excavations killing any radiers ya spot on the way."
"STRONG SMASH PUNY HUMANS!!" Strong yelled smashing his fist into the ground.
"Preston i want you Piper, Cait and the rest of the troops to attack from the top of the quarry atracking most of the radiers attention to you, so me and Nick can search for Dogmeat."
"There's a service door at the bottom of the stairs that's my best guess as to where they got Dogmeat held up." Nick stepped up pointing to the point on the map as i wrote down names on the paper.
"Alright does everyone get it?." I looked at them as everyone nodded in confirmation.
"Good."
