Appearance: Esper has poofy dark blue hair that went just past his shoulders before he got it cut. It generally can't be tamed and is styled similarly to Izuku Midoryia's. He has ruby red eyes and pale skin as well as freckles. Esper has a scar on his left shoulder from an incident when he was extremely young. It reaches from his shoulder to halfway down his back. Esper generally wears a hoodie and jeans, as well as combat boots.
Personality: Esper is a sass master to say the least and he is incredibly creative when it comes to insults. He also cusses like a sailor, and most people can't tell who swears more out of him and Polaris. Esper is extremely smart and a talented hacker and inventor, he often helps Polaris out by getting information for her and fixing up any broken gadgets when he's bored. He can get extremely agitated around adults, moreso around nice ones than harsh ones, as his foster parents acted nice before they took him home. Esper is stupidly stubborn and hates when people are treated unfairly.
Likes: Polaris, cats, hedgehogs, apple juice, Eraserhead, vigilantes, Hatsume Mei (who he met once at a convention), chocolate, marshmallows and pepperoni pizza.

Quirk: Water Manipulation
Esper's quirk is completely different than most of his family member's from what he was told. He can control water, but cannot create it, needing a source instead. He is 65% water and his hair changed colour when he got his quirk, as it was originally black. With training, he could control a person, as they are 60% water.
Drawbacks:
Esper can use water from his own body, but will become dehydrated extremely fast.
Depending on how much water he manipulates, Esper can become tired quickly.
He is also prone to headaches.
