A/N:  Here is another chapter and I hope you enjoy it.

Ae POV

I can't let anyone tear Pete away from me. He is the best thing that has ever happened to me.

As my heart races frantically, I look up and into Pete's eyes. I try to convey how much he means to me through my eyes, but I know that that won't be enough. I want to make it impossible for anyone to doubt how much I love him.

With the jewelry box in my hand, I ask him the one question that may end my parents' evil plan. "Pete will you marry me?"

Not once did I question my decision. I have known since the moment that Pete came into my life  that he is the one for me. That night was one of the best nights of my life. I can still remember how cute and shy he was, and how beautiful he looked when he would blush.

When I finally got the nerve up to finally kiss him, I thought my world couldn't get any better than that. However, I was mistaken. I couldn't stand the separation. I never knew that one person could become so important in my life so fast. I would roll my eyes at my friends when they would tell me that they fell in love at first sight. I had never believed in it, until I met Pete.

He was like a freight train that hit me hard, and I couldn't think of my life without him.  Everything seemed hollow and meaningless those several months after that one night. Pete was all that I could think about every day, all day long. I hadn't even questioned my plan to move here without telling him.

I nearly squealed like a schoolgirl when he didn't even hesitate to let me live with him. Well, I did see him think about it for a little bit, but it wasn't long. All my dreams were coming true and this is the only part that is left to become reality. Oh, there are a few other things, but this is the big one that will ensure that the other things will happen.

There is no way that I'm going to let my parents force me to marry someone else. My life and world are Pete. He is my everything.

Pete looks stunned, and I watch as his eyes go from me to the jewelry box and back up to me. Several seconds of silence pass before I softly ask, "Pete, baby, I need an answer."

His eyes pop open as he looks directly into my eyes. He slowly begins to nod his head.

Oh, I hope this means what I think it does. With our eyes still locked with each other, I lean forward and ask, "Does that mean...."

I'm cut off as Pete nods his head and says, "Yes."

I instantly catapult off the floor and I wrap my arms around him. I can't control myself as I devour his lips.

Cough... Cough...

Not realizing that there was someone else in the room, I force myself to pull away from Pete's lips. However, I'm so happy that I won't let my arms release my hold on him. I don't care who is here. I'm still going to hold my baby.

I slowly turn my head towards the noise, and I'm met with Pete's mother smiling from ear to ear. Why is she here?

Before I can ask any questions, she motions towards the jewelry box. "You can put the ring on his finger now."

Oh, I forgot. I was so excited that Pete said yes that I forgot to actually put the ring on his finger.

I lower my head slightly and nod. I release my hold of Pete, and I step back just far enough so I can hold his hand which he eagerly lifts up for me. I open the jewelry box and take out the ring.
