A few weeks later, Principal Morita announced that the great Tony Stark had booked our school for a week for avengers fair, where every avenger would show their skills and encourage people to do good things for the community.

"Will Spiderman be there?" Flash asked, and my eyes widened.

If Spiderman had to be there, then Peter Parker would have to be absent, which would mean that I wouldn't have to go. I had a small celebration (internally, of course) and grinned.

This wouldn't be so bad after all.

"I'm not sure, Ill check with Mr. Stark," Principal Morita mumbled. Flash's eyes narrowed. If Spiderman wasn't there, then the avengers fair was useless to him.

What he didn't know that Spiderman would do absolutely anything to go to the fair and would try extremely hard to go. Spiderman would be devastated if he didn't go to the fair either.

Back at home, I ran to the kitchen to ask dad if Spiderman was going, and planned to beg him if he said no, which was extremely likely.

"Hey Daaaaaad," I drawled "Spiderman's going to the fair right?"

"Peter Parker is," he called back, grinning.

"WHAT NO!"

"What yes. If Spiderman goes and Peter Parker is absent, people will be suspicious. If Peter Parker goes and Spiderman is absent, then the worst they can do is assume that someone in the school is Spiderman," I knew dad was right, but my speech was worth a try.

"Dad, when have you ever allowed society's judgement to impact your-" I started

*A few hours later*

"And that brings me to my point: Spiderman should go to the avengers fair," I finished, with a bow.

"No," Dad said firmly.

I threw the permission note on the bench-top and trudged back to my room slumping on my chair. Aunt Nat walked in just as I was finishing my homework, and she gave me my sensory overload headphones.

That meant that the avengers were here.

She grinned as I sped out of the room to greet my aunts and uncles.

"UNCLE STEVE" I yelled, seeing a tuft on blonde hair in the doorway. I crashed into him and he pulled me into a tight hug.

"Hey, kiddo," he grinned.

"Hey, where's my hug? Wanda asked. I hugged each of the avengers (except Sam and Bucky, who thumped me on the back). It was so good to see them again.

Dad smiled as we sat down, seeing my headphones in my hand. They reassured both of us, as they were the only things that could effectively cancel out the sound with my super hearing, in the case of a sensory overload.

"I still can't believe that your 'you raised me to be like you' speech didn't work," Aunt Nat laughed.

"It was a good speech, it was made by me," I mumbled. Aunt Nat raised her eyebrows at this.

"You are not unlike your father, Pete," Wanda smiled as she came into the room and ruffled my hair.

I was still supposed to be sulking, so I attempted to smack her hand out of the way, and she used her magic to make my hand smack myself instead. I huffed and crossed my arms.

I hurried to school, not wanting to be late for this incursion, otherwise, I may encounter dad while entering the school, as he always arrived fashionably late. I did not want to start my week like that. Mr. Harrington was calling our class to the foyer and marked the roll. Once he had concluded that everyone was present, he started calling out the groups. Ned and MJ were in group 5, and I was in group 8. Well, at least I wasn't with-
