I was with Kelly and Rachel for a few hours and I walked home. as I walked though the front door my horrendous dad was sitting at the kitchen table. he looked up and rolled his eyes and focused back on his iPad. I went down the hallway and entered my room. it was so much easier not having stairs. I was about to get changed when my phone started to ring. I furrowed my eye brows and looked closer. it was Hayes face timing me I sighed and I answered it.
"Hi Hayes." I smiled "hey jenn how are you?" I smiled and laid on my stomach. "I'm alright I guess and yourself?" Hayes sighed "not the same around here.. Nash said he missed you by the way." I laughed "tell him I miss him more." Hayes nodded and laughed "okay." he smiled "so have you seen Kelly and Rachel?" He asked . I nodded "yes I was just with them last night it was fun we all caught up on everything. They are both going away to college." I sighed "aw it's alright jenn you will see them." I nodded "yeah hopefuly." I smiled. "Why aren't you with them now?" He asked "they we're hanging out with Zack, I guess they don't know what happened.." I sighed "you didn't tell them?" Hayes asked. "no It just never came to my mind really." I shrugged. Hayes nodded and sighed. "if your around him, please be safe okay?" I nodded and laughed "I know Hayes." I smiled. "Well I'm going to go, I have college viewings tomorrow" he said sighing. I nodded "alright hayes, Have fun." he smiled "I will love you Jenn goodnight."

He still loves me?

I sighed "you too night hayes..." I ended he Facetime call and rubbed my face. "this is going to be tough."
I heard knocking on my door and my dad opened my door. "Yeah?" He pulled out his phone and was texting I guess. "Uh somebody is here." He said and walked away back into his room I guess. I walked out of my room, I walked through the long hallway and dining room when I saw Zack on my couch. "Zack?" I asked clearing my throat
"Oh uh hi, I heard that you were back." I nodded and crossed my arms. "Look Jenn I'm-" I shook my head "no zack, you practically kidnapped me. You hurt my boyf- ex boyfriend, and my best friend Matt. How could you? Why would you even?" Zack sighed "Jenn that was almost 5 years ago." He said while standing up. "So, what your saying Is I should just forget the past?" I snapped. He looked around, "Jenn, please can we at least be friends?" He sighed. I groaned. "Fine, but don't you dare go near my best friends in North Carolina, got it?" I said. He nodded. "Good, well I'm going to be-" "wait your ex boyfriend? You and that has kid broke up?" He said "his name is Hayes, secondly yes we had to long distance wouldn't work." "Oh" is all Zack said. "Well I'm going to bed goodnight Zack, nice seeing you I guess." He smiled "you too Jenn, can we all hang out tomorrow? Meaning you me, Kelly and Rachel?" I nodded. "Yeah that sounds good." I smiled I opened the door for Zack and he walked out.

*shortest chapter I know don't hate me this was just a filler chapter honestly 😂😂 but anyways the next chapter is doing a huge timehop so be prepared! Love you guys! This book is so close to 8k and I can't thank you guys enough! I try to update as much as I can. School is so much in the way, sometimes I don't even realize that jake not updated in 3 days.
